My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I was at my wit with trying to find a hotel, but this lady saved the night for me n my family. She was very helpful n patient. We were so tried of driving around with no luck of finding a hotel along with hungry. The customer service I received was a amazing experience!
I was trying to link up with some friends that will be staying this weekend at the Courtyard by Marriott in Charleston, SC Northside Dr location. Bailey was pleasantly helpful, and I honestly did appreciate her in searching for me. They were sold out but she suggested another nice location. Even though I didn't book at this time, I will definitely call again in the future for service. She was just that great!

Sighed heavily and told me no room was available. When I began to say I'd go somewhere else he said oh wait here's one and then quoted me $400. I was able to book online no problem for $250 range. This makes me distrust you guys.

Pleasant enough on the phone explained I travel with 2 dogs ok no problem. Quoted me a price that did not include pet fees. Also non refundable due too late booking. Arrived at said hotel and was quoted an extra 40 dollar pet deposit. Not impressed. Hotel is a fine establishment. Booking agent is a huge disappointment
The representative I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. Everything close to where I wanted was booked and he helped find a great alternative.
I looked up the inn on line and called the number listed for best western. I thought i was booking directly with best western and found out you are a third party site. I paid $60 more than I would have paid booking directly with best western.
