My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Michelle was super helpful, and made the booking of two adjoining rooms for a friend getaway very easy. She also gou us a rate which was better than my AAA rate!
I called and spoke with Javier since I couldn't book a room online myself since it wasn't showing any available. He very professionally and politely helped me and got the room booked right away. Thank you for the help!
I called the 800 number to book with Comfort Inn and suites for Ames Iowa and the guy was very helpful and easy to work with. His name was NOE.
The reservation representative was very helpful, she explained everything very clearly. I could understand her, no weird accents that I had a hard time understanding. She also reviewed everything to make sure we were all on the same page. You need more representatives like her.
Listen-I work in hospitality. And people suck. A lot. Matthew was kind, so helpful, and had such a cheerful disposition. He put up with my crappy jokes. He deserves a raise for just that alone. He was super knowledgeable, charismatic, and KIND. I have just experienced a major loss, my best friend passed away. Do I want to go to Boston? No. No one is attractive or fashionable. But Matthew made my booking seamless and fun. He was so sweet. I hope every time I book through you guys it's with Matthew. Can you do that? Is there a way? Perhaps. Either way, this is a nice dude.

Terrible service. Called as website wasn't working. When she quoted a different rate than online I disputed the amount and was hung up on. Rude and disrespectful.
Her accent made it very hard to understand half of what she said. I lost my spouse and am going there for a memorial. She kept trying to sell me stuff and give me discounts as a gift. I think it's deplorable how far down Marriott of all brands has sunk with the stuff they make their people do. Not happy or impressed. Madison has limited options or I would have stayed somewhere else.

Kaye you booked the wrong hotel for me even after I repeatedly spelled the name of the hotel and gave her the postcode, how can you book Poole North instead of Bournemouth. Had I not immediately notice the confirmation on my email I should have been fired my boss would not have a place to sleep.
When dealing with customers you should have patience, you are impatient.

My experience depends on whether I am being charged $14.41 for a
"plan " that allows me to cance my resv if needed. If so I don't feel like those details were explained. I will be canceling my resv if that is the case.
Last night my son and I tried to book a room somewhere near Stamford Connecticut on our way back from the eclipse in Burlington Vermont. Person found us a room quote 17 miles south of Burlington" which we booked – and when the information came up on my phone screen, the room was in Huntington station New York – 17 miles across Long Island sound! We spent the next 45 minutes in the car, trying to cancel that reservation without charge, since we were not informed correctly, where it was located, and at this point, don't know whether or not they will cancel the supposedly nonrefundable charge. (We were told that cancellations would have to be made by April 7 – which happened to be two days before we made the reservation with your person!) at this point, we are still not sure whether we will receive that refund.
I was having trouble getting room online. I called back and asked for assistance and was helped by Maria whom went out of her way above and beyond to make sure I got a room. Thank you Maria for all your help and assistance, greatly appreciated.
I tried to book room in Virginia reservation confirmation? Illinois! How does that happen? As of this writing, no refund! Upon trying to straighten this out, a room booked at a different hotel. According to that agent? 4 miles away. According to my client? MORE then 4 miles. I have lost that client. Yesterday, i was told i would receive a " voucher " for my inconvenience, and a full refund. None of that has happened
