I booked this reservation thinking I was booking it through the hotel's website. Upon realizing the rates I was paying were much higher than the hotel's actual rates and that I needed to make an adjustment to the dates, I cancelled this within 48 hours of booking. The policy said the cancellation and refund was subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. They refused to issue any refund for a booking that is 5 months out. This is a horrible business practice and very misleading to the customer. The confirmation itself says "Free Cancellation" which seems synonymous with a refundable reservation. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will never use this again.

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Hugo was super helpful and had a great personality.

Pleasant enough on the phone explained I travel with 2 dogs ok no problem. Quoted me a price that did not include pet fees. Also non refundable due too late booking. Arrived at said hotel and was quoted an extra 40 dollar pet deposit. Not impressed. Hotel is a fine establishment. Booking agent is a huge disappointment

I looked up the inn on line and called the number listed for best western. I thought i was booking directly with best western and found out you are a third party site. I paid $60 more than I would have paid booking directly with best western.

I reserved a three day stay at the Sonesta. Neal was my reservationist. Neal was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of my question to my satisfaction. He was courteous and attentive to all my concerns. Neal is a valuable asset to the Sonesta family and should be acknowledged as such.

Listen-I work in hospitality. And people suck. A lot. Matthew was kind, so helpful, and had such a cheerful disposition. He put up with my crappy jokes. He deserves a raise for just that alone. He was super knowledgeable, charismatic, and KIND. I have just experienced a major loss, my best friend passed away. Do I want to go to Boston? No. No one is attractive or fashionable. But Matthew made my booking seamless and fun. He was so sweet. I hope every time I book through you guys it's with Matthew. Can you do that? Is there a way? Perhaps. Either way, this is a nice dude.
