My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The guy who helped us get this reservation was very helpful and gave us word by word help.
For first time ever, I understood this guy. ( I speak 3 languages) He was clear and he understood me and I understood him. He even let me distance from BW to my event. Thank you BW
The lady I spoke with, named Anafranil was very clear on understanding what I needed and was very helpful & patient with me getting my reservation lined up on the dates I needed.

THE WORST EVER...What a disaster. I booked a room at a hotel and the company refused to refund me even though I bought the insurance (with adequate cancellation notice). I gave up after a month of long calls, talking to people from 3 different companies, and receiving emails from 4 entities (Protect Inc., Fanshield, Bookonline.com Allianz Global Assistance), and still no one was able to assist. The hotel was fine with the cancellation but booking.com was not. Never got a refund even though bookonline.com canceled the hotel room. BUYERS BE CAUTIOUS / BEWARE! This company is not what it presents itself as being. This site is literally impersonating Booking.com. 3 months later and I am still out $223.39.

I've made reservations for August 14 2024 and I'm about to cancel this reservation and finding a different hotel because the customer service is terrible. I called and asked about the hotel parking and "what does no in and out service mean" to 3 different representatives and asked the same question and all 3 of them just transferred back to the phone que without saying a word. This is a terrible way to treat customers. I'll give a full review on social media.
Added a protection plan without authorization. I felt like it was part of the hotel price. Separate email came from protect with 25 dollar charge. Trying to cancel online with no luck. Need to disclose it's a separate charge for cancellation and ask if I would be interested
Very friendly booking guy BUT told him needed extra day (April 24) to hook on to reservations already made (April 25-28) BUT he booked me for March 24. I called immediately after making reservation to call center after checking my email. Hopefully won't have to pay 30% cancellation fee, otherwise I question the integrity of this hotel chain.
She was really patient with me. Tbh this was my first experience of booking ever. Meet this person and she nailed it!
The agent hanged up on me twice. In the initial call he asked for a lot of information and hanged up when I asked about the Best Rate Guarantee offer as I got. Better rate in Expedia. Then by pure luck he got my second call and hanged up again when I inquired about the offer.

I found the web link confusing and the taxes and fees astronomical, so I called directly.
Steve explained the high fees and it was actually Several dollars less. He also explained the added $25 "security" fee-incase something happens….But there's free cancellation up to 6 the night of arrival anyway…Even though the posted room rate was $3 less than quoted by Steve, the overall total was almost $10 less than on line….thank you Steve.

The receptionist with whom I spoke was very efficient. I first asked to book at one hotel. When she gave me the total price, I said it was too expensive. She then took the time to search for another less expensive option. Very patient. Excellent customer service.
Lindsay did not try to upsell as I told her we were on a budget and she helped us get a room. That was just perfect. She's very kind and professional.

I was trying to book a room went through the whole process of putting in my credit card information and everything was quoted a price of 279 and the hotel charge ended up being 379 yet my credit card company was asking if I made this charge and I needed to respond yes or no so I'm not sure if the charge went through or if it was the first time And I was trying to explain that to Alexandra and all of a sudden I was transferred over to an automated line so my reservation did not go through and when I called back again, the gentleman I spoke to the second time was giving me a higher rate than what I was originally quoted so I ended up not reserving a room I am reserving a room. ImVery disappointed in the service I received

When booked was told I had smoking room for two nights…. They couldn't book for three nights cause they said Friday smoking was already booked. Arrived today and this hotel is totally smoke free! Went back to website and it said three more smoking room available! They also said my reward was two bottles of wine…. Hotel knows nothing about this at all! SO SO DISAPPOINTED! I came here because my sister in hospital diagnosed with cancer and only has two weeks to live! I just really needed room to relax in because so emotional! So I'm paying for my stay here and am staying in my car right outside back entrance! Will use the bed when I come in and will just go out to my car in morning with coffee before I head back to hospital! CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE!
