Had to make a quick decision to book a room when a family member's flights were suddenly canceled late at night. Made the reservation in real time as the hours passed, and the news didn't look good. Prepaid the room, but she was finally atc2am, able to get the last of two seats available out later that morning. No hotel stay needed. Have been on hold to cancel these reservations for now almost 3 hours!

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Her accent made it very hard to understand half of what she said. I lost my spouse and am going there for a memorial. She kept trying to sell me stuff and give me discounts as a gift. I think it's deplorable how far down Marriott of all brands has sunk with the stuff they make their people do. Not happy or impressed. Madison has limited options or I would have stayed somewhere else.

Kaye you booked the wrong hotel for me even after I repeatedly spelled the name of the hotel and gave her the postcode, how can you book Poole North instead of Bournemouth. Had I not immediately notice the confirmation on my email I should have been fired my boss would not have a place to sleep.
When dealing with customers you should have patience, you are impatient.

My experience depends on whether I am being charged $14.41 for a
"plan " that allows me to cance my resv if needed. If so I don't feel like those details were explained. I will be canceling my resv if that is the case.

Last night my son and I tried to book a room somewhere near Stamford Connecticut on our way back from the eclipse in Burlington Vermont. Person found us a room quote 17 miles south of Burlington" which we booked – and when the information came up on my phone screen, the room was in Huntington station New York – 17 miles across Long Island sound! We spent the next 45 minutes in the car, trying to cancel that reservation without charge, since we were not informed correctly, where it was located, and at this point, don't know whether or not they will cancel the supposedly nonrefundable charge. (We were told that cancellations would have to be made by April 7 – which happened to be two days before we made the reservation with your person!) at this point, we are still not sure whether we will receive that refund.

I tried to book room in Virginia reservation confirmation? Illinois! How does that happen? As of this writing, no refund! Upon trying to straighten this out, a room booked at a different hotel. According to that agent? 4 miles away. According to my client? MORE then 4 miles. I have lost that client. Yesterday, i was told i would receive a " voucher " for my inconvenience, and a full refund. None of that has happened

I have a question about the Nairobi hotel but each time I call I get transferred to a service line that requires a reservation number. I don't have a reservation number, I'm calling about a NEW reservation. I've called 10 times and have been transferred and hung up on 10 times. It's been over 30 minutes and I've accomplished nothing.

You sounded drunk and you reserved and charged me for the wrong night even though you asured me it was for tonight! I'm at the hotel and had to pay another $500 to get my family including an elderly man and baby a room for the night. And now I have a fully paid room for tomorrow night and I don't need a room then! I tried to book 2 rooms with two queen beds each online. When I got to the end to submit the booking, it only showed one room, so I called the number below that said if you need assistance. I was told that the hotel was completely booked, and that is why I wasn't able to submit the booking. He suggested another hotel and gave me the price of $473 for two rooms with two beds each. I did not move forward because the price was so much more expensive than the price I could see online for that same hotel. I decided to call the first hotel again because they had the best price. I was able to book 2 rooms with two beds each for $273. They were not fully booked, so I have no idea why the agent told me they were. I recommend everyone to call the hotel directly.
