My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My experience was horrible. Book a hotel with Best western Cypress Creek 7921 Lamar Pool, Biloxi, MS *******. Room305 was infested with bedbugs. Not only that I have not received a refund.
During my call I directly asked if this was fully refundable and he said yes if done before the 17th. I also asked if this person worked for the Hard Rock and he and yes. I did not realize I was talking with a third party. When I called to cancel an hour later I was told that they would keep 33% as indicated in the email that they sent after the call…In contrary to what I was told during the call. This is a scam. Beware.

The receptionist seemed incredibly distracted and communicated poorly. There was a lot of background noise on top of that, causing a frustrating phone call. Please support your staff better so they can dedicate attention to taking reservations in a professional manner.
My representative was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. She was very patient with me while I went through my needs for this booking reservation that I was booking for my boss. Customer Service is a lost art, but she nailed it! I really appreciate this because I am also in customer service for my career. Thank you!

I was told the total for 2 rooms would be $420.I am now being charged $250 twice, which I did not agree to. This is a stealing scam.

Reservations a MESS! Our guests that were to check in were inconvenienced, we and they were lied to, treated very poorly, charged double, extremely poor CS… will be taking our business to a property that understands quality service for their guests. Disgraceful
