I try to book directly with the hotel and their website had me thinking I was. I made an error on my dates and immediately contacted them to fix the mistake. They were argumentative. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. I called right back and had the very same experience! There is no customer service here! I would never use them!

Thank you Jeff. You did a good job. However, i think It would be great if you could have given me a direct line to the Hotel. Considering there are so many online places I could book a room at the Delta Armouries in London Ontario it is odd that the computer was saying that there were no rooms available.
But YOU did a good job. Polite, listening, helpful as much as you were allowed to be.

I mistakenly booked a hotel room with book online. They charged me $120 in extra fees. I emailed to ask what the $120 in fees were for. They then cancelled my reservation without my permission and did not refund me. Instead they gave me a $100 credit to a completely different website. I called, they said sorry, nothing they can do. So I called my bank to dispute the charge and found out they actually have charged me twice for the one reservation! So now I have no hotel room and have been charged twice by them. Complete scam.

I requested a suite with 2 Queen beds. We did not get that room and we're way overcharged for the room according to the hotel. I verified twice with Jennifer that we wanted a suite and she confirmed at the cost of $245. We are stuck with an overpriced room and expect a refund. Very poor job by Jennifer-she falsified information to me. Check the rates for a room here with 2 queen beds. It does not cost $245.

I had called in to book a room at a particular hotel. Laura then asked what our plans were, after hearing what we wanted to do she took it upon herself to find them best deal for us. I was prepared to pay for the hotel I called to book but she was able to cut the price in half for the equivalent hotel! She was absolutely the best, easy to understand and took her time, listened to what my needs were and was able to make me feel as if I had my very own travel agent. If I were her supervisor I would give her a raise. I've never left a review before but this was an absolute pleasure to do after receiving such service. Makes me want her personal number and work with her for all my families future travel. Just the best! Thank you Miss Laura!

It was great booking with Paige. I told her what my needs were and she was able to find me a suite to meet my needs. I cant stress the importance of a mini fridge in any room I stay in due to the fact I'm diabetic and have insulin that needs to be in the refrigerator. Thank you for saving me on my last minute get out of town vacation.

If you book with this site be prepared to throw away your money
THE WORST EVER...What a disaster. I booked a room at a hotel and the company refused to refund me even though I bought the insurance (with adequate cancellation notice). I gave up after a month of long calls, talking to people from 3 different companies, and receiving emails from 4 entities (Protect Inc., Fanshield, Bookonline.com Allianz Global Assistance), and still no one was able to assist. The hotel was fine with the cancellation but booking.com was not. Never got a refund even though bookonline.com canceled the hotel room. BUYERS BE CAUTIOUS / BEWARE! This company is not what it presents itself as being. This site is literally impersonating Booking.com. 3 months later and I am still out $223.39.

The agent hanged up on me twice. In the initial call he asked for a lot of information and hanged up when I asked about the Best Rate Guarantee offer as I got. Better rate in Expedia. Then by pure luck he got my second call and hanged up again when I inquired about the offer.

I was in a panic because I was unable to make a reservation as part of driving to FL. All rooms were booked in multiple areas due to special events. Trying to find something online was frustrating and hit or miss. In desperation, I called BookOnline. I was fortunate to have Lauren answer my call. She was extremely patient and willing to help as she searched for an available room along our route. This took her a considerable amount of time. She remained patient, pleasant, professional until she finally found a room for us. The rate also was a good one. I would definitely use BookOnline again especially if I could be assured that my call went to Lauren.

Difficult to know who you are booking through always ask, because you need to know. He answered me without too much prodding and was quick on his feet because I am demanding and picky. I booked a room at the Wingate by Wyndham in Moab, UT. I was charged $225 for this. Upon arrival I was told by hotel staff that I should have only been charged $155 plus tax. I'm very displeased by this deceptive practice.
I will be careful to not use your service again and inform others to also not do so.

I'm at the hotel and had to pay another $500 to get my family including an elderly man and baby a room for the night. And now I have a fully paid room for tomorrow night and I don't need a room then! Tnesha who booked my daughter's reservation was amazing. My daughter who is 18 with a cat needed a place to stay due to work since her dorm doesn't open back up until a later date. She looked at multiple places, reviewed amenities, location, ratings, safety, etc. She found a place in no time!

I saw what I thought was real-time vacancies and prices. When I called, 2 out of the 3 rooms did not have the price that was online; cost was about $30.00 more per room per night. But I chose to go ahead with the reservation because 1. The connection was horrible and 2. I just wanted to get this settled.
The process takes a long time to set up the room reservations. Neither of which was Elisee's fault.
I was not happy with conveying my credit card number and security code over the phone. There has to be a better way, especially with the amount of the charge. Elisee was always nice and helpful throughout the process.
Because of the horrible connection, he had to call me back about 4 times. The last time he said we qualified for a $500. Discount on our reservation which was so to hear, however I never got any email confirmation of that discount nor did I receive 3 updated receipts with the new price reduction. So far today, I have not heard anything further.

The title says it all; spouse is traveling in another state and called to tell me the story. They were fine, but frazzled. We needed to get them a hotel ASAP, and we got David's assistance to secure the closest hotel from their location. It meant so much to get his help; I was able to rest easy knowing my spouse was off the road, safely off the road, and getting some needed rest!
