My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Gustavo was very patient and helped me during a very stressful situation. He found me the best hotel located where I needed to stay at a great rate!

Called number listed for Hilton reservations. When operated answered, I specifically asked reached Hilton reservations.She replied "yes" It was only when I checked in at the hotel that I found out that I had not been speaking with Hilton. I ended up paying almost $40. A night more than if I had booked through Hilton.

My husband was not feeling well so I booked a room so he could sleep several hours. I was told the total charge was$100 all inclusive even breakfast. I made very clear we needed immediate check in. Not the usual 3 pm. Was told no problem. When we got to hotel they charged an additional $85 and NO breakfast
I had no option as my husband needed to rest. We left that evening. This was pure deception. I want the refund of $85.

I had to call in about a previous reservation I made yesterday where the previous said his name was George. The representative set the hotel for the wrong tel in the wrong state and also was very difficult inputting the email address. I would like for you to listen to the call, refund the request under confirmation number *******. This has been an awful experience and very frustrating.
I couldn't understand the rep I spoke with. He spoke too fast. I also do not like that my card would be charged before I even stay so I did not book. I won't use Marriott in the future if this is there booking.
Not very happy that I could not get a military discount after serving for 23 1/2 years. I was told the military discount rooms were sold out. That's pitiful!

The worst customer service ever! Your customer service representative hung up on me on numerous occasions so many that I lost track of how many. I ask for a number to a specific property that initially he gave me the wrong number, then he proceeded to tell me he texted me the number and I should read my text instead of calling him back. I explained that I was driving and it was easier to call versus reading a text. He then started leaving the call on hold then picking it up and hanging it up. I am livid that this is the type of customer service that Marriott is giving. This arrogant, representative even said he was the supervisor so he didn't care if I reported him. Wow, great leader to have employees to follow. This is beyond disappointing, disgusting, disheartening and unacceptable behavior for any employee.
Called to check if there were any rooms in the ground level since my mother can't do stairs very well. Was transferred to a recording.

Representative specifically told me this was a nice place, a great deal and that it met me needs for truck/trailer parking. I get here and it's by far the nastiest most run down place I've ever stayed at. They also state immediately that they typically don't allow truck and trailer parking. After I get through with that I get to the room and it's disgusting and has no toiletries in the room at all. The whole place smells of urine and hasn't been cleaned along with the filthy air vents and filter in the wall. I paid for another hotel and I'm taking the loss.
