Do not use this site. We thought we were on the actual hotel's site but were not and were literally charged hundreds of dollars over the room rate and we an elles about two minutes after making the reservation. And our credit card company would not give us our money back

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
She answered all my questions easily. Very accommodating.

Mike was very kind, just needs to slow down a bit- I don't know if the Company pushes staff to do things very quickly or not but it pays in the long run to take a breath and do speak a little slower to avoid mistakes send having to repeat information on a credit card, overall he was very kind and pleasant to talk with and get my info correctly. I could tell he was under some pressure to make this a quick call- allow your team time to accurately collect the information.
They are not robots either- working for you, the company- Mike was a positive person at your loud and busy Call Center. He was trying to the best job possible!

I was having trouble booking online because the hotel was almost sold out for the time I was looking to stay. I called the reservations number and was lucky to speak with Carolyn. Called number listed for Hilton reservations. When operated answered, I specifically asked reached Hilton reservations.She replied "yes" It was only when I checked in at the hotel that I found out that I had not been speaking with Hilton. I ended up paying almost $40. A night more than if I had booked through Hilton.
