Had to make a quick decision to book a room when a family member's flights were suddenly canceled late at night. Made the reservation in real time as the hours passed, and the news didn't look good. Prepaid the room, but she was finally atc2am, able to get the last of two seats available out later that morning. No hotel stay needed. Have been on hold to cancel these reservations for now almost 3 hours!

Charged for a room for my daughter who is stranded. Was charged to my credit card $115.92. Was given no itinerary number or reservation number. Then she calls,my daughter, to say she is being told I did not pay.

Ariel! Was amazing she took her time being patient with me since I'm computer challenged and have an accent. Lol I told her I needed the closes hotel to Oklahoma Wesleyan University she gave me the closes told me how many miles. She was just awesome with a GREAT attitude.
Also I never do surveys but Ariel sure deserved one.

This person told me that there were no rooms left at the Moxie, downtown New York. Then he told me there were no rooms left in New York unless I wanted to spend a lot of money. When I looked again on the web, it said the Moxie had plenty of rooms available. I told him this, and he told me that I should book online then, and then he hung up on me. Bravo! Well done.

Was not notified this was some booking service and you charge $30 to book, agent did not identify himself as an agent for a service, and there would be a charge for his service even when asked about high amount charge with taxes and recovery fees, a booking agency was not mentioned. This is a total scam and rip off

Joyce lied to me when I asked if she was from the Hyatt front desk before I would make a reservation and she said yes! I specifically told her I don't deal with third parties and again said she was front desk at the hotel. Cancelled after contacting the Hyatt directly and my so called reservation was not found. The card given for payment was cancelled and the payment will not be processed

This service screwed up a reservation I was trying to make and then basically said I was S.O.L. ($#*! out of luck) if possible I would give them a minus 10 or lower rating. They made the mistake and want me to pay! I attempted to cancel their mistake immediately but was told they wouldn't!

April was able to reserve a room for me at Comfort Inn, in Antioch, California. She was also able to search if the hotel is close to the cemetery where we are attending a friend's burial. It was a great friendly conversation. She deserve a raise!

My wife and I are attending a wedding in Tomball. I called several hotels for a one night stay. When I reached Neal, I got great customer service. He helped us check for early arrival and I booked the room from him. I appreciate all of the information Neal gave me. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I told him I wanted one room king bed and one room two queen, he confirmed verbally and when I got the confirmation email it is for two king beds. I called back and that person could fix it and was making it way more complicated. This is not a good service.

The person who made my reservation told me I could cancel by tonight at 6 pm without any penalty. I called back in about 1 hour which was 11 am to cancel and she said I would get a refund of 1,666,68 in 3-7 days! If she had told me initially I would be charged before our arrival I would not have made the reservation! I asked to speak to her supervisor when she got rude with me and she said she is the supervisor. I said I want to speak to your boss. Everybody has one. She assured me she does not because she is the top supervisor. I was speaking and she kept interrupting me saying ma'm three times. I said you're interrupting. Me and being rude. She said she told me the money came out when reservation was made. I asked if conversation was recorded because she absolutely did not tell me that. She continued being rude until I gave up and hung ip. She needs to find another job because she clearly is not suited to this one!

This is the most horrible ghetto looking rooms I have never seen for $254.74. The curtains are half way off of the rod. If there are bedbugs in this room, I will make sure this place is closed down. The desk person allowed us to see the room then tell us we can't check in until 3:30pm.

I made my reservation for one night on 6/17/23. I arrived at the destination and they could not locate my name or reservation number. I have messaged, emailed, and called bookonline's customer service and have not received a response. I have been on hold for 30 minutes and may not have a place to stay for the night as they will not answer any form of communication for support.
