My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Added over $200 in charges and booked me the wrong room. Didn't find out any of it until I checked in. Really unhappy with this service and will make sure to let everyone know that I can. So maybe someone can save some money and get correct room. Don't use this site. Book with the actual hotel
You get flipped on this site without knowing it. When you book and switch to confirm booking it changes the date to the same day. Although they advertise free cancellation it's impossible to cancel or get your money back. Extremely rude customer service. Read all the reviews. There is a problem and someone needs to step in.
Trying to get a surprise birthday party and surprise renewal of vows done for my dad who turns 90 and has been married to my mom 70 yrs. Many things going right now and I waited too long but Alma saved my bottom. She was helpful, patient and courteous.Ty! Ty!
Was stopped due to a tire blow out and needed a hotel for two nights. Was given booking.com number. Although the prices you gave me and charges were in Canadian $$ - I will convert at today's rate (March 2,2023). For a bill of $294.26 USD - you charged $479.25 USD ($652.26 CAD). I know you deserve something for your troubles but a 63% mark up is ridiculous! I even asked, if that was your best rate and was told it was...

Timothy exceeded my expectations with helping me find a place to stay despite the original place that I called about was sold out. He heard me out about my price range and helped me reserve an alternative location. Definitely need more guys like him! 10 stars!
Called for assistance with booking a hotel in Jacksonville NC at EMT rate. Was told that the only discount offered from Hilton was Sr Citizen. Then "transferred to customer service" which ended up being a recorded line that asked me to enter my reservation number.
The person who made my reservation told me I could cancel by tonight at 6 pm without any penalty. I called back in about 1 hour which was 11 am to cancel and she said I would get a refund of 1,666,68 in 3-7 days! If she had told me initially I would be charged before our arrival I would not have made the reservation! I asked to speak to her supervisor when she got rude with me and she said she is the supervisor. I said I want to speak to your boss. Everybody has one. She assured me she does not because she is the top supervisor. I was speaking and she kept interrupting me saying ma'm three times. I said you're interrupting. Me and being rude. She said she told me the money came out when reservation was made. I asked if conversation was recorded because she absolutely did not tell me that. She continued being rude until I gave up and hung ip. She needs to find another job because she clearly is not suited to this one!
Very pleasant and helpful reserving a room. My visit to Sandy UT. Is first time (born/raise in MT but live in WA). Sadly, this visit was to see our youngest brother of eight unexpectedly passed away. We are all here to honor his life. I related some of my sorrow to her and she quietly listened to me talk. I thank her very much. Professional and caring.
Booked a room for grand daughter's wedding and bill for the room stay was $1219. 00 for 5 nights but their "Tax Recovery Charges and Service Fees totaled another $474.38 for a total bill of 1693. 38! These fees were way out of line and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. If you are booking with them check all the cost ahead of time.

Brandon said that I was being charged $800 for the stay but $200 would be credited back after I check out. I asked him twice since I had also a browser pulled up in Best Western webpage and it was only charging me $600. I told him I'm fine to use the web browser since it is $200 less. I called twice and now I am not credited the $200. That's dishonest.

I only booked the room. I wont be traveling there until in September. So therefore. I haven't had the experience with the Hotel yet.
Upon a brief discussion on our hotel reservation needs it was quickly determined by myself of the the friendliness and professionalism of the individual I was speaking with. She went the extra mile to adequately search for what we were looking for.

Asked specifically for oversized parking because we are pulling a travel trailer. Assured that picture of large parking lot could accommodate us. Not true and had to park on the street. Can I send you the parking ticket if we get one. Paid for king bed but given a queen. Can I have a refund?

Was stuck last minute 9 pm trying to find a room in a pretty much fully booked city. Julie sneered my call, was kind helpful and patient. Offered me several selections that met my criteria even though hard to find. Whole process was so pleasant and efficient it really saved my night! Thank you Julie!
They look like a real site and I was sent there from the Fairfield site. Charged me an extra 200 plus and would not cancel it. I'm going to dispute this part of the charge thru America express. I was in a hurry and had to stay in my own home town, our water pump went out. Then I called back again and offered me a 15 per cent discount and I took it. But I'm still going to dispute this. People need to know this. Some how they need to be caught.

Spoke with Brandon and Justina. They were very concerned about my response to cancel my reservation with Fairfield Inn & Suites in Mansfield, TX due to increment weather this Saturday and Sunday. Traveling from Dallas back to Oklahoma City. Thank you so much for your concern about my safety in traveling home.
I was very pleased with my phone reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights at the Super 8, in Mount Laurel, NJ. The person made sure all the information was correct as I gave it to him, and then confirmed it all again before we hung up. The only thing wrong was he forgot to give me a confirmation number.
They charge almost 50% 'service charge' on top of hotel bill for very poor service & can't answer questions about hotel. And if cancelling they keep the tax recovery & the fee. Book directly with hotel, much cheaper, better & more helpful service. Will NEVER use them again.
