I booked this reservation thinking I was booking it through the hotel's website. Upon realizing the rates I was paying were much higher than the hotel's actual rates and that I needed to make an adjustment to the dates, I cancelled this within 48 hours of booking. The policy said the cancellation and refund was subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. They refused to issue any refund for a booking that is 5 months out. This is a horrible business practice and very misleading to the customer. The confirmation itself says "Free Cancellation" which seems synonymous with a refundable reservation. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will never use this again.

We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. 1 star only because they dont allow negative stars. This company is operating with misleading and deceptive practices which are illegal in Australia. The only way to stop or limit there scam behaviour is to warn people. I made a booking with Bookonlie.com not realising they were an american website. They charged american $ for a booking in Australia for an Australian hotel. They also charged over $50 aus for insurance which I did not select. When I call and complained they chose to cancel my booking. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED> So now i have lost over $600 and have no accomodation. Numerous calls to - yes you guessed it a Phillipino call centre - i have had no help. They tell me someone will call me back but it has now been over 2 weeks. The last call centre person tried to assure me they were a highly professional internal company. MMM you would wonder if this was correct why they would need to steal from people.

Costs …. They trick you into thinking your getting a great deal. Mine happen to be 133 a night, then they tax you 80.00! Wtheck! It was 6 families that booked through other entities and payed same "deal" and only payed 150 bucks with tax. My total was 213!
Customer support then says "not our fault " you should have seen that. You mean I should have seen in tiny print you all are swindlers! Do not I repeat purchase from here. Even the hotel was mortified.

Well, the booking agent told me that there was two complementary bottles of wine. When can we checked in when I got to the hotel they don't know anything about it. So I think that was a ploy just to get us to come to this particular hotel, I don't appreciate that at all.

Zoila booked us in, found us a great room and price with limited rooms available. We have used this hotel for years to break up our trip to see the grand kids in Albuquerque NM. Always first class treatment, great breakfast and clean rooms. Always a small side talk when booking to make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommended.

It was the most pleasant and awesome experience I have ever had in making reservations. Grace was unbelievably attentive and patient in helping me secure accommodations adequate for our short stay. Would recommend her to facilitate customer service training to new employees because she was great.

So, I generally have issues with ordering online. Also, when you try to call, you usually get an automated runaround. Not with this place. The woman that helped me was awesome. Erica was most pleasant and she needs a raise! We have been staying at Hampton Inn for 25 years and negotiating a price comparable to travel agencies was very difficult but we didn't get the original price of $180.00 because you have to type in your credit card info and in the process I lost contact with my first gal contact! Erica told me that rates change rapidly! Hope motel in Clinton, Iowa is clean because I read that you had customers that said rooms were dirty! I have never stayed in a dirty Hampton except Albuquerque downtown

Booking through this site cost $191.00 per night but when I got to the motel, they said the charge was only $134. Which means that bookonline.com uncharged by almost $60.00. Instead of using this company, save your money and just go to the hotel's website and book through them. Bookonline.com is a total sham.

This is.a scam. Lady sounds genuine but fake. Worst service. Please don't fall into their trap.They present themselves as staffs of a well known hotel chain. But they belongs to Expedia. Book the rooms for double price and take more than half of that amount. Terrible. Poor travellers will think it is a genuine service and can fall into their trap.

Do not use. They pretend to be from hotel chain. Scanners. Double price.

We had a problem with the reservation I'd made for my daughter at another hotel due to an unannounced change in their pet policy so I needed to find a hotel in short order for her for the night. I called thr Hawthorne Suites and was helped by Quinton. His hotel did not have any available rooms but he was able to search for other pet friendly hotels and book me a room at another nearby hotel at a reasonable rate. Great customer service after working through a terrible experience at one of your competitors. Thanks Quinton!

Over a period of 2 full weeks (10 business days), 14 phones calls being transferred from one person to another with no results in addressing my one question"What is the status of my refund?" Finally, today Rosemary Jane addressed my question within seconds, thus giving me the status, confirmation of my refund and when to expect it to appear on my credit card. Making the reservation was fast and easy. The price was great too. They didn't have the room we ordered but the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating. She upgraded the room at no cost and let us check in early due to an emergency. I would recommend this hotel. They are friendly, fast to think of solutions should a problem arise and use empathy. We had a reservation on 12/5 and checked out on 12/6/23. However, our car broke down in the late afternoon and we were unable to travel home. I (Mary Ellen Frazier) booked a last minute reservation on my Visa card. Once my husband and I arrived in the late afternoon. My husband, (Quentin Frazier) changed the booking to under his name as he was able to get a lower rate due to hi "National membership, Unfortunately, my reservation was not cancelled and we both were charged for the same room. Thaddeus assisted me when I booked the room and was extremely professional and friendly.
