We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. She checked throughout other establishments until we found what we were looking for. She saved us time, and was most pleasant and helpful! Thanks Joyce. Bruce and Susan McKie
Jesmae made many mistakes while taking my reservation...too many to list here. Suffice to say she booked me at the wrong hotel even though she repeated my reservation request back to me several times. It wasn't just the wrong property of the chain... it was a completely different hotel chain. When I saw the confirmation texted to me, we were still on the phone and I told her it was incorrect. She claimed the hotel chains were partners! I knew to hang up and call back to get it straightened out. She had no idea what she was doing. It took many calls before reaching a representative who helped. Good news is that I was emailed this morning that I will get a full refund because of agent error. I thank them for that.
Zoila booked us in, found us a great room and price with limited rooms available. We have used this hotel for years to break up our trip to see the grand kids in Albuquerque NM. Always first class treatment, great breakfast and clean rooms. Always a small side talk when booking to make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommended.

I'm old and cannot do things online and he was very considerate. Very nice about making sure I knew everything that was going on & up typing in things… he made me feel not so bad by saying it happens all the time which... What a cutie.

It was the most pleasant and awesome experience I have ever had in making reservations. Grace was unbelievably attentive and patient in helping me secure accommodations adequate for our short stay. Would recommend her to facilitate customer service training to new employees because she was great.

So, I generally have issues with ordering online. Also, when you try to call, you usually get an automated runaround. Not with this place. The woman that helped me was awesome. She was pleasant, courteous, professional, and super helpful. Thank you so much for being a real person and helping a first time visitor out.

Erica was most pleasant and she needs a raise! We have been staying at Hampton Inn for 25 years and negotiating a price comparable to travel agencies was very difficult but we didn't get the original price of $180.00 because you have to type in your credit card info and in the process I lost contact with my first gal contact! Erica told me that rates change rapidly! Hope motel in Clinton, Iowa is clean because I read that you had customers that said rooms were dirty! I have never stayed in a dirty Hampton except Albuquerque downtown

Amanda was very helpful! I had questions about booking for our company and out of town guests, she was able to answer my questions and went beyond by offering a representative from the hotel reach out to me- which they did the next morning. Refreshing to have great customer service!

Booking through this site cost $191.00 per night but when I got to the motel, they said the charge was only $134. Which means that bookonline.com uncharged by almost $60.00. Instead of using this company, save your money and just go to the hotel's website and book through them. Bookonline.com is a total sham.

This is.a scam. Lady sounds genuine but fake. Worst service. Please don't fall into their trap.They present themselves as staffs of a well known hotel chain. But they belongs to Expedia. Book the rooms for double price and take more than half of that amount. Terrible. Poor travellers will think it is a genuine service and can fall into their trap.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use. They pretend to be from hotel chain. Scanners. Double price.

We had a problem with the reservation I'd made for my daughter at another hotel due to an unannounced change in their pet policy so I needed to find a hotel in short order for her for the night. I called thr Hawthorne Suites and was helped by Quinton. His hotel did not have any available rooms but he was able to search for other pet friendly hotels and book me a room at another nearby hotel at a reasonable rate. Great customer service after working through a terrible experience at one of your competitors. Thanks Quinton!

Over a period of 2 full weeks (10 business days), 14 phones calls being transferred from one person to another with no results in addressing my one question"What is the status of my refund?" Finally, today Rosemary Jane addressed my question within seconds, thus giving me the status, confirmation of my refund and when to expect it to appear on my credit card. She was extremely efficient, articulate, friendly, and highly professional. Kudos and highest compliments, along with my appreciation and gratification to Rosemary Jane.

Making the reservation was fast and easy. The price was great too. They didn't have the room we ordered but the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating. She upgraded the room at no cost and let us check in early due to an emergency. I would recommend this hotel. They are friendly, fast to think of solutions should a problem arise and use empathy. We had a reservation on 12/5 and checked out on 12/6/23. However, our car broke down in the late afternoon and we were unable to travel home. I (Mary Ellen Frazier) booked a last minute reservation on my Visa card. Once my husband and I arrived in the late afternoon. My husband, (Quentin Frazier) changed the booking to under his name as he was able to get a lower rate due to hi "National membership, Unfortunately, my reservation was not cancelled and we both were charged for the same room. Thaddeus assisted me when I booked the room and was extremely professional and friendly.

My booking agent was very helpful. She took the time necessary to find a room that fulfilled our needs. We are in our 60s and finding us a suite was necessary for us to enjoy our stay. We give her the highest marks for all she did for us.

Helen got my reservation confirmed using the same credit card information the online system rejected. What's even better, she got me the same rate the online system said was expiring. She put in a note that if ground level was not available, put me near the elevator.
I felt she really wanted to help me. She was friendly, kind, professional, and courteous. She was amazing!

Grace went above and beyond to make my reservation easy and seamless. I was having some computer troubles, yet she remained patient, kind, and professional. She helped me find the best location nearest to my conference, and made sure to go over all amenities with me before booking.
