We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. 1 star only because they dont allow negative stars. This company is operating with misleading and deceptive practices which are illegal in Australia. The only way to stop or limit there scam behaviour is to warn people. I made a booking with Bookonlie.com not realising they were an american website. They charged american $ for a booking in Australia for an Australian hotel. They also charged over $50 aus for insurance which I did not select. When I call and complained they chose to cancel my booking. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED> So now i have lost over $600 and have no accomodation. Numerous calls to - yes you guessed it a Phillipino call centre - i have had no help. They tell me someone will call me back but it has now been over 2 weeks. The last call centre person tried to assure me they were a highly professional internal company. MMM you would wonder if this was correct why they would need to steal from people.
The first impression that a customer gets is through the phone and my experience was amazing Araceli was so sweet and courteous she made sure I was content we need more people like Araceli.

Very horrible experience! I canceled my reservation two days later and these people refuses to return my money! Up to this point I am still waiting for my refund to my card! It's been about two to three months now and I am still getting the run around! I explained to them I do not want any voucher, I just want my money back! I am going to get my lawyer involved if I do not get any results after this! I promised you'll I am not going away, I am asking for the last time, can you'll please please refund my money? She couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. She tried to rent me a room for well over $200 when I could see the same rooms being rented for $130. And then had the balls to tell me I was wrong when I was looking right at it. And then she miraculously found what I was talking about.

Ashley in Shreveport Summa Ave hotel was so patient. I gave her the date and type of room, but couldn't remember my card number. She allowed me to call back when I go to a safe place to retrieve my card. She recalled that we had stayed there before and that was refreshing.

Cristian was the customer service rep that help me book my room. The initial hotel that I wanted did not have a double queen bedroom available. Cristian searched and found a nearby hotel that had the room space I wanted and he took the time to describe and explain the options available to me and got me booked. He did a wonderful job he was kind, courteous and professional.

Booked over the phone and Cinna verified my phone number. When the hotel received the reservation they had no rooms available and the reservation did not have a my contact number so they could advise me before driving for an hour. The hotel then made arrangements for us to go to another hotel. We made our plans so we did not have to go out in the snowstorm to get to our planned destination

I was trying to book a room for a wedding using the group code. Francis had no idea what I was talking about, said he couldn't help me and asked if I wanted the number to the main desk. I called the main desk and was bumped out of the call.

After I talked with you I realized that the funeral was on the day before the date that I booked with you. When I called back the guy told me that I could not change the date or get my money back.! No cancelation! I had to make a new reservation for the correct day. He said they could send a voucher to be used anywhere in the US but I can not get a response. Can you help with that?

Booking a room online with Sanibel Island resort seemed easy at first but then they gave me a sale discount and only 9 minutes to complete all the information needed and charge card number and all that... I cannot do it in that amount of time so I called Carlos he was extremely helpful I would give Carlos five stars but the online experience was not what I expected there should not be a time limit on how to fill out information online for a discount.

Booked a room for a week at a hotel through bookonline.com as it was advertised with FREE CANCELLATION in highlighted font. Had to cancel 2 weeks in advance due to a medical emergency that meant I couldn't fly. Bookonline.com refused to honor the cancellation and said I had to deal directly with teh hotel. The hotel (Aloft Durham, NC) said they didn't accept cancellations. I lost $1800.

Kaye you booked the wrong hotel for me even after I repeatedly spelled the name of the hotel and gave her the postcode, how can you book Poole North instead of Bournemouth. Had I not immediately notice the confirmation on my email I should have been fired my boss would not have a place to sleep.
When dealing with customers you should have patience, you are impatient.
Thanks to Mary who told me the truth instead of booking the wrong hotel.

Our plane was cancelled and the lady at the airport connected me to you to book a hotel that we could check into at 3 in the morning and she booked us with a hotel that wouldn't let us check in until 3 pm not am and they wouldn't refund the money for room. She did this twice and we finally got a room ourselves and ended up paying for 3 hotel rooms because of you stupidly. I put in a claim with the airport but we were never refunded for the money the hotels charged us or the $50 we paid for cab each way to hotel or for the meals we bought. Our don ended up driving fro Fort Mac to Calgary so we wouldn't have wait until the next day to get to Fort Mac. It cost us over $1000 for everything so we weren't impressed with your hotel booking

I called to inquire about room availability and if they took AARP and what the discounts might be and she found me a fabulous deal and put the discount on it and I booked a room. I was only gonna book for one night I decided to book for two she's fantastic.
