My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
My experience with this gentleman was very good he was very helpful and polite his energy was great he made sure that I was completely taken care of and informed! I would absolutely hire Corey as an employee if I had a customer service company!
Marianne was awesome! She was so helpful and patient. I explained to her that I am a senior citizen and that some of the internet hotel bookings were not very user friendly. She was so understanding and made booking our three rooms fun! GREAT service!
The last leg of a very long flight was canceled in Chicago and I contacted her for help and she bent over backwards to find the rooms I needed. This was not an easy task since many, many flights had been cancelled. We were extremely grateful as we had been traveling over 25 hours.
Hotel doesn't show my reservation! Never received an email with confirmation either. Can't contact anyone to correct it, sends you to an automated where they take your message but never contact you back! Can't cancel bc it's non refundable!

Thought I was on the official hotel website. The amounts you are charged are after the button you click to pay. I did not get the total amount of what I was charged until it was emailed to me. The reservation is a month away, and they are telling me I can not get a refund. I could not reach a live person. I will be disputing it with my cc company.

Called very late for a room in Mt Pleasant, WI but needed pet friendly room. Was told it was available but when I showed up was told no pet friendly rooms were available by site Manager. Was told I should have called front desk and not 1-800 number to book. That needs to be fixed so both are on same page. Fortunately, they found a room to accommodate me but was not an easy process.
Kellee was very professional and helpful.
As well as pilot it was pleasure talking with her on our booking.
The young man was wonderful answered all my question politely and professionally. You could hear his smile on the phone. Had a this is what I can do for you attitude. I was a call center supervisor for 15 years and would have loved to have him on my team.

We booked a reservation in Feb 2022 not knowing that our reservation was booked in the States. Was very disappointed when we arrived that we didn't have a reservation after driving 10 hrs. Called to cancel and got the most runaround. After I explain our situation they couldn't help us or return our money. Will never use this site again. Reservation should of been in Ottawa Ontario Canada

Samara was very polite but as I mentioned I was a Hilton member and questioned the fees being so much - I was shocked to find out the total amount should have been $168.96 instead I was charged $236.46 that's a significant difference- I will be checking with Hilton to determine what recourse I have- this was an urgent situation for my elderly brother who was without AC in 110+ heat

Two evenings ago I had the good fortune to connect with Robert while seeking lodging at the Fairfield Inn while touring the Shenandoah Valley. It was late Friday evening and the type of room I wanted was not available in my budgeted price range. So Robert graciously offered to assist me in finding a room in my price range in the area. After making a few calls he managed to find accommodations for me & my traveling companion; and he secured our reservation so all we needed to do was present ourselves at the Inn he arranged. He indeed went above & beyond my expectations with his generosity of time & caring to insure we had a place to stay the night! 'World class service!
We had booked a hotel off of pictures and reviews. Got to the hotel and it was less than stellar. We could not stay there. So we called best western. And we were greeted by a real person that expedite reservations to a near by hotel. We very great full for the help and enjoyed our getaway with less stress. Thank you for your help.
On March 8 around 9:30 my husband and I wete trying to get to Colorado from Tyler Tx. My Son in law has late stage pancreatic cancer and we wanted to get thete for a visit. We were very tired as we are in our 70's with health issues as well and needed a room. JULIE answered my call and I am sure she is an Angel in disguise
She made at least 5 inquiries trying to find us a room. She finally foundvoneat the Red Roof Inn and I told her I didn't care where it was we would take it. We were glad to have a place to lay down and the bed was comfortable but it is unfortunate that place is still allowed to rent some rooms there. The door did not shut at the bottom. The bath curyain was moldy and the curyains didn't completly cover the window. However we did sleep and it was a welcome relief. God Bless Julie for helping us. We would have parked the car and tried to rest had she not found that room. Please let her know how very grateful we were. I finally found this link so I could tell you myself.

Called to inquire whether your inn had a pool and airport shuttle service as advertised on website. Was told yes to both questions. Called again today and was told no to both questions. Unfortunately we booked last night after getting teases to our questions. Don't understand why we were given wrong info.
DO NOT book through this $#*!ing company. They are crooks. They charged us exorbitant fees that they couldn't explain later, at time of booking they were supposed to be for the pet fee at our hotel. Our hotel later tried to KICK US OUT because they didn't know about the pets even though our understanding because of these $#*!s games is that that we had already paid for our animals. The company had taken all our money and none of it went towards our stay. It also stated in our reservation from booking through them that we had pets as well. In. Sane. We were charged even more money by the hotel. Absolute nightmare of an experience, and unbelievable. The girl on the phone was nice and sounded like she was trying to help us get a good deal. Don't fall for the tactic. They are liars. Lies. All lies.

Claudia was VERY rude when I called the booking phone line, from the moment I picked up. Poor customer service skills and then she passive aggressively hangs up the phone without indicating that she was ending the call. Terrible interaction and can't believe she passed the hiring phase of your team, with that attitude.
The girl who checked me in had a ruff time with my check in. Didn't take long and I was found in the computer and given my room. Had some problems with directions and a key that needed replaced her name was Shelly a smart and forthright young lady. I could not thank her enough for making my stay pleasant!
