My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The girl who checked me in had a ruff time with my check in. Didn't take long and I was found in the computer and given my room. Had some problems with directions and a key that needed replaced her name was Shelly a smart and forthright young lady. I could not thank her enough for making my stay pleasant!
My wife and I are attending a wedding in Tomball. I called several hotels for a one night stay. When I reached Neal, I got great customer service. He helped us check for early arrival and I booked the room from him. I appreciate all of the information Neal gave me. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

After a chaotic day of travel and hundreds of people stuck at dallas airport overnight, I called to see if I could find a nearby cheap hotel where I could sleep for 4-5 hours. Victoria pulled off a miracle and found me a room!
Satisfied with reservation and room. Was supposed to receive two complimentary bottles of wine with this reservation. Have seen nothing. The hotel did not know anything about the offer. Not happy about that.
Do not book on this website. It is next to impossible to get someone on the phone if you have issues. The hotel I booked was in the wrong location. Even though I caught the mistake three months out, they still would not cancel my reservation and refund me. I basically lit $440 on fire. I tried transferring the reservation to the correct location (both hotels were Quality Inn) but the location that I needed was over twice as expensive. I even tried calling the hotel directly but they were not able to help me either. I actually did a three way call with the hotel manager and someone with BookOnline. The hotel manager tried to help me but the customer service representative at BookOnline kept changing her story.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I will never use a third party booking site ever again. If you choose to use one, make sure it's not this one.

They said they would issue a refund in 7-10 days but I'm not holding my breath. My suggestion is to avoid booking on this website.

The attendant was rude and not clear in what she was saying. I had a coupon for 3 free nights any day of the week and would not listen. She also would not let me talk to a supervisor. I will think very hard before I even go to the IP to gamble with this attitude
Alan did an excellent job. He looked at several options with me and really took is time. He was very patient and answered my questions. When I said more that once that I was sorry it was taking so long, he kept saying," no problem". He was as excellent
I spoke with Michael and he was a delight to take to. He did not make me feel rushed and went the extra mile by giving me all the options I had even for the different hotels for this event. Michael made my experience exceptional. Thank you for having Michael as an employee he was delightful.
We were heading to the Denver area to help our son move. Due to weather concerns at home, we waited until the last moment to find lodging. Charlie got us a great hotel, great rates and easy experience.
Personable and knowledgeable. I strongly feel Hampton Inn misrepresents themselves as the website price us grossly out of balance with the actual prices. I found out that the price on the holiday express website was what it really was
I asked if she was at the hotel and she said yes. Clearly, she was not a hotel employee. She could not answer questions about the location and she said there was a mountain view. There are no mountains in eastern nc.

No email confirmation of reservation, the room you book will not be what you get. I booked a King Pet Friendly room only to find out the day of arrival that my pets could not be accommodated. This company caused a no notice cancellation that cost nearly 300 and they don't care. If I could take a star from my 1 star rating I would. I'll be filling a complaint with BBB

I book reservations for the person I work for quite often and I was nicely surprised by how wonderful, honest, thorough, professional, kind and patient Hayley was! Customer service (which seems to be lacking these days) is still around and Hayley is the example! You're lucky to have her.
Great experience she went above and beyond to accommodate me during a last minute sudden death in our family. She ran pricing/accommodation scenarios. She looked at local hotels in the area all with a positive attitude and patient demeanor.
I didn't book the room my sister did I canceled the very next day. Long story short I never stayed at the hotel and they still took 280 out of my account times are hard I'll never book with them again!

Very nice agent booked me for the wrong night! She told me how to take airport shuttle to hotel and when I got there they had no vacancies. Had to look for hotel at 11:00 at night then fight with the third party booking group after waiting 40 minutes on the phone to get a refund. Avoid 3rd party book we a very hard to fix problems!
I had many questions and a special request. My first choice did not have a the room that met my needs, but the representative looked through several facilities to find what I wanted. She was patient, determined to satisfy my requests, and had a cheerful and pleasant way of relating with me. I called my review Best Ever because this was the best booking experience I ever had.
