My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Lauren was as helpful and polite as I could ever hope for. She advised me about my stay in the area. Again, she couldn't have been any better than she was.

Very easy to work with and incredibly helpful. I had to have her wait on the phone for me to track down my wallet and she was very patient and after all that I still had to ask her to change the reservation to a different room and though I felt bad she did not make me feel like that in anyway
I called three times for information before booking my reservation. All three of the gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Rommel was the person who actually booked my room and he was very patient and great to work with.

We booked a room online for a Fairfield Inn at a rate of $119.00. Book online did not disclose that they were charging an additional $50 + dollars for taxes and fees. We would have never booked this room knowing there would be that much in additional charges.

I was convinced to make a reservation through this third party and my room had no AC on the first night. The hotel is willing to comp me for the first night but can't because my reservation was done through this third party. I have contacted them 3 times about this with no resolution. All I get is the run around. Very unprofessional will NEVER use them again.
I reserved and cancelled my reservation within a few minutes of realizing I was not on the Wyndham Rewards site. The reservation confirmation emphasized Free Cancellation, but I was charged the full amount of $1822. 33: they will give me no refund and they will give me no room (will not reinstate my reservation). I complained to Google about elevating any company with such a bad Better Business Bureau rating to the top of my search list as if it best matched my search.
