My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Had to make a quick decision to book a room when a family member's flights were suddenly canceled late at night. Made the reservation in real time as the hours passed, and the news didn't look good. Prepaid the room, but she was finally atc2am, able to get the last of two seats available out later that morning. No hotel stay needed. Have been on hold to cancel these reservations for now almost 3 hours!
I thought I was too late to get in on a block of rooms reserved for an event, so I was provided with many cost effective alternatives that would still be well suited for what I needed. In the end there was still availability in the block and Edgar was able to provide a great room at a great rate.
Barbara did an amazing job trying to find arrangements for the dates we were seeking to check-in. She was enthusiastic and did all she could to try and meet our needs. All the rooms were book, but he asked me to call back in a few weeks to see if there were any rooms. He also asked if there was any other types of rooms or dates that I would be interested in, an told me a little about the area of the hotel and amenities available.

It is false information that you gave them that resort you say that is a beech front property that is on the golf side when it is actually a bay that they make their own beach by the "resort" people were nice at the place and they had good service with the workers. I won't go again not through y'all especially thank you God bless.
We tried to book online with no joy. Decided to call for a reservation with great joy. Neal responded to our request of having a room with a view. He gave us several options with amenities and a total cost. He showed professionalism with a sense of humor. We feel excited to be able to celebrate my birthday in a beautiful room on a beautiful property. Thank you.
Called for a group rate and was transferred to an automated reply for someone already with a reservation.Then it hung up on me. I called back and did get to group sales but have been on hold for 27 minutes so far
I booked a room and the particulars of the rules would have prevented my 18 year old daughter from checking in before I arrived in country. In addition, my daughter was required to present the credit card used for the booking, which was not in her possession. The hotel had a no refund policy but through steadfast efforts, the hotels.com agent was able to cancel the booking for me and get me a refund. I am a happy camper and I applaud the agents work who helped me.
Room not available, she indicated that they would be ready with a late check in but the reservation was for the next day. The hotel clerk indicated they had not received a call from Paola as she told she had. Very disappointed and I want a refund.
I reserved my room through then and was charged 284! But when i arrived to check in the hotel bill was only 200! And I couldn't cancel because same day reservations have to be canceled 3 days before the reservation date. Worst $#*!ing reservation website. Don't use this $#*!. Go to the hotel and do it in person to avoid scammers like this.

The hotel rep was very personable. Even though we had a poor connection he was to figure out what I needed and helped me make a booking with very little difficulty. He was very friendly and patient, even though I had to frequently repeat himself because of the poor connection.
Our team contacted booking number to check for rooms and Ms Paige was quite courteous, pleasant and also helpful.
Even with the accent ( Jamaican) she was easy and patient!
Needless to say, she found us rooms at the pricepoint we set and followed up to complete the booking.
She is an asset to your team!
You pushed me into something I didn't want. I got off the phone and realized that that same sale was better on bookings.com. The same website that wasn't updated. I Called 3 different times and got 3 different people and then transferred to A robot who I cannot connect to a person to get my answers. I have never been so humiliated and frustrated at the same time. You guys could have saved me three hundred dollars that would have Helped my family take their memorable vacation that we cant afford to go to another state. If i'm wrong then call me back at *******209. Thankfully I was able to contact the real front desk and was directed appropriately. Again, you should be ashamed

They make it look like your clicking on the hotel website to book. They work with a third party call getaroom.com. Charged $300 in 'fees' over what hotel actually told me their price was. Couldn't cancel without getting no refund. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with bookonline.com and got hung up on. Total and complete scam. Do NOT use this website or getaroom.com. BEWARE!
She was extremely polite regarding my situation and how she could hmelcme rather than just saying 'there's nothing that we do' something like that She was clear about her and was ready to go through a range of options with me
Cory was both professional and accommodating. Making this reservation was so easy and I love the up-to-date technology. Too often, I get a computer voice when I make reservations. It was so wonderful to talk to a real person, especially Cory. I will definitely keep coming to this hotel! Cory did a great job! KUDOS!
I asked for a room large enough for 5 people or adjoining rooms at the grand Hyatt DFW and I got 2 separate rooms at the 2 star clarion. I was told there was a shuttle acceptable seats for a 1 and 4 year old and we got a shuttles with no car seats and barely seat belts. All this aroma were non refundable

They hijacked the hotel's website (thought I was making directly with Four Points Hotel in San Diego CA) they claim full refund on cancellation, they did not honor! I was more than 30 days out from hotel stay date when I needed to cancel my stay because my dive trip was canceled. *I was told no refund, no credit toward another stay, no rebooking for a future date! More than 30 days out!* Look at all the terrible reviews! A Class Action Lawsuit should be filed against this fraudulent company! Never use Bookonline.com SCAM!

I wanted to make a new reservation and you just turned me over to some else actually an automated system when I wanted to talk to a person about my situation. Didn't truly listen to me. But I need a room for tomorrow night so I will try and call again..
My son was stranded 6 hours from home without transportation and then lost his bank card and was without money. After the motel folks said I couldn't pay over the phone, Nelli stepped in and arranged everything for us. She stayed on the phone while he got checked in to make sure there were no more problems.
