My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We feel that Armando did a great job and went out of his way to help us find accommodations.
We have been evacuated since Saturday and it has been very difficult finding a place to stay especially with a cat!

I called to book a room for my family for them to try and get away from hurricane helene. The hotel I originally wanted to book with was full but Alex was very help and found me and accommodating hotel that would also take it my families dogs. He was very helpful during my families time of need. Thank you so much Alex

Luis was so wonderful helping me get a hotel close to our destination, at last minute. He was so kind, patient, and helpful. There was trouble getting card information through the system, and Luis made sure to find a different avenue for the payment so that I wouldn't lose the great deal he found. This was so much easier talking to a human, instead of going through multiple websites to find a place to stay. Thank you Luis!
I was looking for a motel in Lakeland and was told nothing was available. He then told me he had a motel 20 miles from Lakeland. I told him that is too far as I am concerned about being able to get gas. Then he said he had one 10 miles away. This motel is 25 miles away. The OYO Motel is the worst that I have ever stayed in. They don't clean the room and I was told it's my responsibility to "catch" the cleaning lady to get clean towels and trash bags. I am here for work and am not here in the daytime to "catch" the cleaning lady. They also have no ice machine. Terrible experience after going through a disaster in Florida. Also it was very sneaky how your # came up when I was on LaQuinta website and thought that I was calling them.
My wife n I were looking for a hotel to escape hurricane Milton. Christian was absolutely amazing, he definitely went out of his way to help us. He was so professional in trying to help us in a very stressful situation. Kudos to you Christian
A lot of people were checking in due to Hurricane Milton on the way and there was a brief line, but I was checked in quickly and was able to park right in front of my room. Daniel was very professional and the rooms are clean.
Jennifer assisted us in booking a hotel in Oxford Miss.
She was thorough in finding our discounts and in reinforcing what to expect at check in. She exemplified hospitality! Everything happened in real time-reservation. We feel comfortably set.

My husband and I are returning to Michigan from Florida, looking to stop in Tifton, ga. We have Hilton honors and reached out, stephen came in the phone, understood our needs and went above and beyond to find us one night accommodation in a nearby hotel, took one step further and booked it for us and e mailed our confirmation!

21 business days after cancelling my booking I'm still waiting and now intend to report this site to the Australian Government website Scamwatch
It was the middle of the night I needed a room. I was exhausted. I called this number, and I was greeted by the most beautiful voice. I found my experience, relaxing, easy I found my representative was very knowledgeable and every single way, friendly and kind. I think she needs a raise.
Eboni was so sweet and helpful. Her attitude and personality was amazing. More companies should have people like her on the phones. I so appreciate the fact that she spoke clear English and I could understand every word she said. If I could give her a 100 star rating, I would!
The person helping us to reserve a room on the phone was very nice. The frustration came when we would just about be done reserving and he'd say, oh, it just got taken and we'd start over and go through the process, and the same thing would happen as we were finalizing the reservation. It finally accepted the reservation on the 3rd try! Each time he'd try putting it through again, the price would go up. He would say it's because it's the weekend. But why the rise in the rate each time for the same size room? Just frustrating! Again, our assistant was kind and courteous though!
This was my first time in my adult life (42yrs), I could not figure out what needed to be done vs what I was doing or lack there of. The said customer rep took her time and even gave a great suggestion which I most definitely implemented. Ultimately getting what I need!
Edgar was the gentleman that helped me over the phone. Very professional, and patient (cell service was a lil rough on the call). He was extremely helpful getting me setup for the night. Hope he answers the phone next time I come through

Called after needing a hotel because of Hurricane Helene. Kennedy worked with us to find one within an hour of our location with what we needed. Saved us from sleeping in our car.
We called for a room at one hotel and they were full. Tyler was able to find us another one quickly. We didn't have to hang up and start calling other hotels. That is a plus in my book!
