Went to make reservations at Sleep Inn & ended up with Book Online. Was charged twice what was quoted. Contacted Book Online where I was informed of their NO Refund policy. Filed a claim against their fraudulent practices. Scammers.

We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. 1 star only because they dont allow negative stars. This company is operating with misleading and deceptive practices which are illegal in Australia. The only way to stop or limit there scam behaviour is to warn people. I made a booking with Bookonlie.com not realising they were an american website. They charged american $ for a booking in Australia for an Australian hotel. They also charged over $50 aus for insurance which I did not select. When I call and complained they chose to cancel my booking. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED> So now i have lost over $600 and have no accomodation. Numerous calls to - yes you guessed it a Phillipino call centre - i have had no help. They tell me someone will call me back but it has now been over 2 weeks. The last call centre person tried to assure me they were a highly professional internal company. MMM you would wonder if this was correct why they would need to steal from people.
Amanda was very helpful in helping me with my reservation. She was very patient with me and helped me make the right decision concerning the room that my wife and I wanted for our stay.

I was told I was paying $134 for one night but was charged $178. When I called back I was told $134 didn't include taxes or fees. It would have been nice to know the total charges.

Ariel is a yes when it comes to helping customers and has alot of kind patience. Very smart and intelligent, understanding. Because of Ariel I feel confident in my upcoming stay as well as the intent of future bookings. Ariel has help me find several locations that I truly needed for upcoming hotel stays at Aloft. I will tell the 2 directors that I know and inform them about this hotel, all because of Ariel. The education Ariel has provided about Esa dogs and dogs in general has been very helpful and understanding. The time Ariel has taken on this call is worth every penny. Or better yet priceless as the saying goes. I will tell the dance studio and families that this is the place to go. Thank you Ariel for your time and patience. This business is a scam. Do not do business with this company. They do not know how to make accurate reservations and they made a lot of mistakes. The it was very difficult for me to cancel my reservation and get my refund.

I was looking to stay at a hotel and my charge was originally about $170, but when charged to my account it was around $253. I am in the process of disputing the transaction with both my bank and the booking website, however, so far not so great. BUYER BEWARE.

After waiting twice 20 minutes to make a reservation at Marriott phone number I called the Charleston's Marriott number and was there was a problem with the computer accepting my M number. A direct call to the Charleson Marriott a lovely lady made my reservation. NYGEAMA was very efficient and pleasant to talk to.
