We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. She checked throughout other establishments until we found what we were looking for. She saved us time, and was most pleasant and helpful! Thanks Joyce. Bruce and Susan McKie
1 star only because they dont allow negative stars. This company is operating with misleading and deceptive practices which are illegal in Australia. The only way to stop or limit there scam behaviour is to warn people. I made a booking with Bookonlie.com not realising they were an american website. They charged american $ for a booking in Australia for an Australian hotel. They also charged over $50 aus for insurance which I did not select. When I call and complained they chose to cancel my booking. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED> So now i have lost over $600 and have no accomodation. Numerous calls to - yes you guessed it a Phillipino call centre - i have had no help. They tell me someone will call me back but it has now been over 2 weeks. The last call centre person tried to assure me they were a highly professional internal company. MMM you would wonder if this was correct why they would need to steal from people.

They doubled the cost of our booking calling it booking fees. Our room was $93/night and they removed $198 from our account. Shame on Laquinta for using bookonline.com

I thought I was booking on the actual hotels webpage. Bookonline scams you by appearing to be the actual hotel. Once I got to the hotel, Bookonline had double booked me using my credit card and changed my name. They first charged $300+ in fees but did this twice. In other words, they booked my for the same hotel for the same exact nights under two different names and charged me over $1100. I challenged through my CC company and Bookonline would not take the charges off. I disputed it with Bookonline and the company that handles their disputes claims by screwed customers and terminated their agreement with them obviously due to being a SCAM. Both times I tried to file a claim the Bookonline rep could not speak English and had barking dogs and crying children in the background. Don't walk away from Bookonline, RUN!

Amanda's voice was wholesome. She was also thorough and knowledgeable. The only improvement that I would recommend is that she mention the potential cancelation fees before taking the credit card.

So up in Cottonwood there is a thing called Thunder Valley Rally I called I talked to her she got me in as she's telling me there are other people trying to book that room at the same time and she got me booked got me hooked up with a room with two queen size beds she was very polite very friendly very helpful and on top of that she got me the room when you know there's two rooms left and she did it for me great job she was very good great experience thank you again for getting me the room

I was shocked when I saw the fees charged by BookOnline.
I tough it was a deposit or something but after a quick google search, I found out that it's real fees. It's almost 50% of the value of the room!
I cancelled the reservation switftly.

I couldn't find a hotel in a beach community during a busy summer weekend. Carol was about to find me a hotel that was a one - minute walk from my location of interest for a great rate.

Absolute scam. Thought I was booking through Hyatt and the price was $1,500. Then realized I was charged $550 for tax and reservation fees that didn't show up when I was booking. I called and when asked why I was calling I said cancel. They immediately cancelled my reservation without any sort of confirmation and won't give me my money back. I called multiple times and they won't help me. I asked for supervisor and they wouldn't help me. What a horrible experience. Avoid at all costs, they literally stole my money.

Hung up on me when I was disputing the room rates. Online is quoted $400, on phone was told price would be over $1153. When I questioned the difference, was told to book online and HUNG UP!
