Went to make reservations at Sleep Inn & ended up with Book Online. Was charged twice what was quoted. Contacted Book Online where I was informed of their NO Refund policy. Filed a claim against their fraudulent practices. Scammers.

Going through the Colorado rockies, we ran into a very bad thunder and lightning storm. Rayshana, the booking specilist, found us a room as late as it was. My dog and I were very greatful

HOW DO YOU CREATE A RESERVATION FOR A GUEST AND JUST TELL THEM, THE ROOOM HAS A BALCONY AND THAT'S IT? BAD/HORRIBLE PRACTICES. THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE ALLOWED TO BOOK ANY ROOMS. I WOULDN'T LET THEM BOOK A ROOM FOR MY DOG! SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP! CREATE A RESERVATION WITH THEM AND YOU WON'T FIND YOUR RESERVATION AT THE HOTEL YOU BOOKED! CRAZY!
