Had to make a quick decision to book a room when a family member's flights were suddenly canceled late at night. Made the reservation in real time as the hours passed, and the news didn't look good. Prepaid the room, but she was finally atc2am, able to get the last of two seats available out later that morning. No hotel stay needed. Have been on hold to cancel these reservations for now almost 3 hours!

While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We feel that Armando did a great job and went out of his way to help us find accommodations.
We have been evacuated since Saturday and it has been very difficult finding a place to stay especially with a cat!

I called to book a room for my family for them to try and get away from hurricane helene. The hotel I originally wanted to book with was full but Alex was very help and found me and accommodating hotel that would also take it my families dogs. Luis was so wonderful helping me get a hotel close to our destination, at last minute. He was so kind, patient, and helpful. There was trouble getting card information through the system, and Luis made sure to find a different avenue for the payment so that I wouldn't lose the great deal he found. My husband and I are returning to Michigan from Florida, looking to stop in Tifton, ga. We have Hilton honors and reached out, stephen came in the phone, understood our needs and went above and beyond to find us one night accommodation in a nearby hotel, took one step further and booked it for us and e mailed our confirmation!

It was so easy this morning to book my reservation this morning. Jessmae was efficient and very pleasant to speak with. I tried to make reservation last night the man agent was not helpful and said there was no room available and I was looking at it on the screen😡. He said I did not have the right screen. I told him good bye.

Tyler is wonderful. The first person I spoke with couldn't get a confirmation and disconnected the call, so i automatically thought I had gotten scammed. However, I called again and I got Tyler on the phone. He eased my mind and assured that it wasn't fraud and he answered all of my questions. Not only is he knowledgeable about his job, he is hilarious. We stayed on the phone a good while just cracking up and making jokes. He knows how to talk to his customers and I am very appreciative of that. He also gave me a cheaper rate than the first guy because he could tell I was worried and stressed out. Tyler deserves a nice Christmas bonus and/or raise. I do hope you all are paying him accordingly. I highly recommend this speaking to Tyler is you can get him on the line!
