I try to book directly with the hotel and their website had me thinking I was. I made an error on my dates and immediately contacted them to fix the mistake. They were argumentative. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. I called right back and had the very same experience! There is no customer service here! I would never use them!

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Agent was professional and process was very swift and easy.

I don't travel a lot, so booking hotel rooms seems pretty complicated these days. Alberto was pleasant and patient in explaining all the high fees associated with just booking a room. I appreciate his understanding and humor in assisting me in this process.

I was a little surprised at the price discrepancy. The online price stated 129 us dollars per night but when I called for a reservation I was charged 191 us dollars. 60 dollars difference is a bit much.

Went online to get a hotel for our anniversary. Googled the hotel and clicked on the link that showed the nameofthehotel.guestreservations.com. Thought I was on the hotels website. Went through the choices of rooms. Deciding between bay view or not for $80, trying to make it nice but not get too out of hand. Proceeded through checkout to get my confirmation showing $247.93 in Tax Recovery and Fees. This was a resort hotel and I wanted to make sure they knew we were not going to be using the golf course. Immediately called their number and it dawned on me that this was not the hotel that I was dealing with. Asked about the fees, was told someone would email me in a couple of days. I told them to cancel the reservation. He put me on hold and told me he was going to call the hotel (lie) and then came back on and told me the hotel was not able to cancel the reservation (again lie.) After hanging up received an email minutes later saying the reservation was cancelled. Two days later received a text message that I would be getting a refund for $269 less than was charged. Called and Frank told me he would request a full refund. A couple hours later received an email saying no more money coming. Only at this point did I realize they also charged me $68.16 for refund protection (which I have never bought in my life for a hotel.) Turned it over to my credit card company today and will wait for the outcome. What a bunch of low lifes!

Fraudulent. The agent did not explain that this reservation was a non cancellation reservation. Alex indicated I had up until august 12,2024 to cancel. Also, the adjusted discounts were not applied that he indicated I could use. At this time, I'm requesting a full refund to my card. I called today and was promised that a supervisor would call me back to resolve this issue. Still waiting for a return call. I would like to resolve before taking this issue to a higher lev. Your sales agents should be forthcoming with the exact details. Your time and attention to this request is appreciated.
