My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Was ok. Unfortunately noted that the combo stove oven worked extremely poorly and the microwave is situated some 70 inches from the floor. I can't imagine anyone shorter than 5 ft 6 being able to access the unit.
One day housekeeping never showed up to clean until after I requested room cleaning several times.
The receptionists and the restaurant wait staff were extremely nice and helpful. I found the restaurant menu a bit meager however.
The pool was wonderful and the gym seemed to be very good.
The atrium garden was quite nice and well kept.
All in all not bad but could have been a lot better.

Called to inquire about hotel rates and assistance. While working the call we were hung up on. Not sure it was disconnected or what but a little disappointed.
Emily was professional throughout. Our 1st choice for lodging was fully booked, Emily did a search for us and found an available room in the same town, saving us considerable time. Cell service was spotty and Emily was patient during the call. Great service with great attitude is incredibly rare today. Emily was the best!

So I called to book a room and he tried to charge me 442 for two nights at 144 a night for a 2 bed non-suite hotel stay. I thought this was weird and he said it was because of "taxes and fees," but that he'd give me a "special discount" and bring it down to 400. I found this behavior extremely suspicious.
She was awesome and she needs a raise like today. I was not going to The pay the price for another property, but she ended up finding me an awesome place to book so thank God for that.
The Hilton guest relations member was awesome she worked hard to find me a room at the last minute for a great price.
