I booked this reservation thinking I was booking it through the hotel's website. Upon realizing the rates I was paying were much higher than the hotel's actual rates and that I needed to make an adjustment to the dates, I cancelled this within 48 hours of booking. The policy said the cancellation and refund was subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. They refused to issue any refund for a booking that is 5 months out. This is a horrible business practice and very misleading to the customer. The confirmation itself says "Free Cancellation" which seems synonymous with a refundable reservation. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will never use this again.

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I tried to book 2 rooms with two queen beds each online. When I got to the end to submit the booking, it only showed one room, so I called the number below that said if you need assistance. I was told that the hotel was completely booked, and that is why I wasn't able to submit the booking. He suggested another hotel and gave me the price of $473 for two rooms with two beds each. I did not move forward because the price was so much more expensive than the price I could see online for that same hotel. I decided to call the first hotel again because they had the best price. I was able to book 2 rooms with two beds each for $273. They were not fully booked, so I have no idea why the agent told me they were. I recommend everyone to call the hotel directly.

Crowned plaza was booked solid for the date I requested. Lindsey was very helpful with directing me and booking my room close by at another hotel within minutes. The booking was quick ad simple.

Rep did not listen that i was a member- dis not enter member in and did not provide member discount. Was booking 2 rooms and lost the better price as someone snagged the room before rep was finished booking.
Ap started working and got WAY better rate by doing it myself. Cancelled what rep booked for us.
Tried to call back to cancel- kept getting transferred and disconnected. Terrible experience. We book Marriott and this particular hotel several times a year. Normally great.

I do not like the way that your site come in as Booking.com. Once you book something you then see it is not booking.com. But bookingonline.com. I had a bad experience with bookingonline.com. I will never do business with you site.

The young lady "Carolyn" who helped me was very helpful and clearly spoken in arranging my reservation, I didn't have to ask her to repeat any of the information she told me.
This is one of many reasons why I keep returning to this Marriott, I've yet to ever be disappointed.

Going to Caribou for a wedding so I made the call direct to the hotel and was helped immediately. When I mentioned the wedding and that we were told we'd get a special rate the young man immediately knew what I was talking about gave me my rates booked my room all in a matter of 3 minutes. Very courteous.
