It's been a while since I booked with a live person, and I must say that it was an awesome pleasure dealing with Monica. She was able to answer all my questions and never sounded like I was asking too much. I would only wish I could get her anytime I needed to book a room. Thanks to DoubleTree for employing Monica.

Very friendly personality and listened when I told them where I wanted the rooms to be more or less located usually through the front of the desk front desk because I am elderly and my sense of direction is not great. They were very understanding.

I had the most amazing hotel agent. I had many concerns and issues when I called, Joyce handled them all. She helped me get exactly where I needed to be. Christmas time means crazy time for most of us… booking this year was an awesome experience. I'm coming back every year now that I have a friend in the hotel business

Tyler provided superior customer service. He's extremely patient and took the time to make sure he found exactly what I was looking for. He's also very kind. I don't know what you pay Tyler, but I know it can't possibly be enough. He should be considered a valuable employee. I am a customer service analyst.

Always liked Days Inn, pleasantly surprised how reasonable the rate was for one night stay that included 45 days of parking. Ms Jhulanny was very patient in walking me through the reservation process.

Tyler is wonderful. The first person I spoke with couldn't get a confirmation and disconnected the call, so i automatically thought I had gotten scammed. However, I called again and I got Tyler on the phone. He eased my mind and assured that it wasn't fraud and he answered all of my questions. Not only is he knowledgeable about his job, he is hilarious. We stayed on the phone a good while just cracking up and making jokes. He knows how to talk to his customers and I am very appreciative of that. He also gave me a cheaper rate than the first guy because he could tell I was worried and stressed out. Tyler deserves a nice Christmas bonus and/or raise. I do hope you all are paying him accordingly. I highly recommend this speaking to Tyler is you can get him on the line!
