Do not use this site. We thought we were on the actual hotel's site but were not and were literally charged hundreds of dollars over the room rate and we an elles about two minutes after making the reservation. And our credit card company would not give us our money back

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I had a great experience. We were able to make a last minute reservation due to our flight delays at MCO. It was also explained to me clearly that a full refund was available if we had to cancel for a small fee.

When I tried to purchase on online, my price was way too high for what I had been quoted per room. When I called the number given, she was very helpful and and gave me the correct price.

Alexander told me I could cancel up to 7/23/2024. He also did not even mention a protection plan while my confirmation says no refund and that he offered me a protection plan which I refused. NOT TRUE! I cancelled as soon as the email came through. I will be contacting Marriott proper.

We went to hotel and they wouldn't take my cat I told you I had a cat several times on the phone. I want a full refund because I had to go to another horrible. A motel 6 on Dean Martin dr.please issue refund. Westgate will not fight refund they already put in computer what happened

The hotel that was recommended to me was horrible had roaches and I wasn't able to get my deposit back. Beth Jane or whatever her name is wasn't helpful at all and very forceful and impatient when it came to booking the room. I felt rushed and very disappointed in the recommendation

If you book with this site be prepared to throw away your money
THE WORST EVER...What a disaster. I booked a room at a hotel and the company refused to refund me even though I bought the insurance (with adequate cancellation notice). I gave up after a month of long calls, talking to people from 3 different companies, and receiving emails from 4 entities (Protect Inc., Fanshield, Bookonline.com Allianz Global Assistance), and still no one was able to assist. The hotel was fine with the cancellation but booking.com was not. Never got a refund even though bookonline.com canceled the hotel room. BUYERS BE CAUTIOUS / BEWARE! This company is not what it presents itself as being. This site is literally impersonating Booking.com. 3 months later and I am still out $223.39.
