My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

She was extremely helpful explaining the Reservation. It was so funny the last time I made Reservation was 2017, she brought me up today. I called my friend's and told them about my experience. My children or grandchildren usually me hotel Reservation for us. I learned something new

The agent was horrible. She was not friendly or inviting, very direct in her questions. I inquired about a discount rate for employees and she said I could get that information at check in. I requested this information in advance of making the reservation and still declined to provide me with an answer, pressing me to make the reservation. When I told her I would not make the reservation without this information she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional
The reservation representative Joyce was very professional, and patient in assisting me with making my reservation.
I was trying to find out more info about the size of the rooms and when the gentleman found out I wasn't ready to make a reservation he hung up on me.
I asked you a question about check in time and you hung up or we lost connection and you didn't reach back out. I had to call back and get someone else to make my reservation.
