I booked this reservation thinking I was booking it through the hotel's website. Upon realizing the rates I was paying were much higher than the hotel's actual rates and that I needed to make an adjustment to the dates, I cancelled this within 48 hours of booking. The policy said the cancellation and refund was subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. They refused to issue any refund for a booking that is 5 months out. This is a horrible business practice and very misleading to the customer. The confirmation itself says "Free Cancellation" which seems synonymous with a refundable reservation. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will never use this again.

My experience with Cory was amazing he was very very helpful very knowledgeable super sweet. I would have booked the room right then and there with him but unfortunately I have two other people that are coming and I had quoted them wrong so I had to reach back out with them wish there was a way you all could set up to where you could call your agent back, but I can't because I certainly would have called Cory back and gave him my business. I went on line to find a room. I had stayed at the Denver Inverness hotel before. I didn't find the executive suite offering. So, I called in to see if these rooms were still an option. Kaneshia, answered my call. She's very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to find the perfect room and made the experience delightful. I travel a lot, and rarely find this level of care at other Hotels.

Christina was rude and very pushy. She didn't even ask me if I had Hilton Rewards or didn't even try to get me the best rate possible! I guess you are not part of the Hilton chain. I was quoted 786 dollars but I went on Hilton website and got the same room for 582. She needs to be trained better!

I googled the service. The number came up right away. I hit the number and three times the gentleman that answered. He hung up before I was even done with my questions seemed to be in a hurry. I could tell he was not working from an office setting seemed as though I was calling him on a personal level while he was doing his own thing. The third time I called I think I got the same gentleman, but this time he was more professional until it came to the end of the phone call. I said thank you I appreciate your help. Edgar was very efficient. He was able to compare rates between hotels. That should have been my first clue that I wasn't talking directly with the hotel. I did confirm that we were talking about the 4 points in Sheraton, so I thought that everything was fine. I had no idea that I was being overcharged until it was too late. I confirmed directly with the hotel, after the fact, that the charge is high.My credit card is charged for a service I have yet to enjoy and I am not able to talk to anyone about this dispute. Shame on me for being taken, and shame on you!
