My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Thing D Joe was a great salesperson. He took the card information got back to me. It was very professional and I feel like he's probably the best person that runs the telephone on this side of wherever the other side is. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

I had been trying to book a room online, but after clicking complete booking it would repeatedly make me start over. I called the number listed and spoke with Carlos who was incredibly helpful. He advised me that this happens occasionally and it was a glitch in the system and that I was not being charged multiple times for the room. Carlos then quickly and efficiently walked me through the booking process and booked my reservation over the phone. I am very glad he was the representative I spoke to and am thankful for his help!
Not comfortable with using booking services because of previous experience. Joyce was was a good listener, understood my goals, and helped me get what I needed. She was pleasant and easy to talk to as well.
Justine was awesome. She was considerate and genuinely engaged in trying to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It is great to talk to someone who understands you and tries to assist you without pressure selling the product. If I could call her every time, I absolutely would. 5 out of 5 stars!
Juan took all the stress out or finding a hotel for my daughter who is not 21 yet. He did the research and kept me from going from hotel to hotel looking for availability by age. Best service I have had in a while.
Mark went above and beyond for me in helping me get a hotel. I am not familiar with where we were going and he was so helpful with this and also in finding me find a reasonable price as I'm a grandma with limited funds. I would recommend Mark any time to any one. I could tell he really enjoys his job. He is very personable and kind. He was one of the nicest customer service persons I've talked to in a long while. Awesome job!
I had a problem getting my credit card to go through. Called the Help number and the young man I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue quickly and professionally. He really made it an easy process and helped to ease my mind. I tend to get nervous using cards online. Great service!
Your fees are 60% of my daily rate. Did not realize I was not booking directly with the hotel. Could have saved $250 booking with Southwest and getting rewards. Can't believe you cannot cancel within one hour of getting confirmation.
I was in a panic because I was unable to make a reservation as part of driving to FL. All rooms were booked in multiple areas due to special events. Trying to find something online was frustrating and hit or miss. In desperation, I called BookOnline. I was fortunate to have Lauren answer my call. She was extremely patient and willing to help as she searched for an available room along our route. This took her a considerable amount of time. She remained patient, pleasant, professional until she finally found a room for us. The rate also was a good one. I would definitely use BookOnline again especially if I could be assured that my call went to Lauren.
Candice was very friendly. She helped me book the two rooms that we needed with ease. She recommended the hotel within close proximity to what we wanted… and one that is pet-friendly. She made sure that I didn't have any other questions or concerns before we disconnected.
Hid their non-refundable "Recovery fee" of over $100 by combining it with taxes. There is no explanation on what the fee really is, which is pretty much the fee for booking through them. That is $100 for a $300 stay. Booking with them is more expensive than through the hotel.
Avoid using this company. Check their reviews and you will see I am not alone in what they do.

Completely unprofessional pushy didn't listen to what I was asking hung up before even closing the car. The only good thing about it is that this message was sent to me immediately so that I could give the worst possible of you I could possibly offer unacceptable experience this person does not need to be working for this company.
Giovanna was pleasant and professional. She was thorough in explaining the availability and rooms with king or 2 queen sized beds. Cost and taxes and other charges explained. Wait time was not long. I also appreciated that Giovanna spoke English and we were able to communicate well.
I was looking for a hotel room at the last minute because of a family emergency. We needed a suite for three people with two rooms. Trisha was able to search her entire system and find a good place for not a fortune. On her own, she rejected the first place she found because it was a Fortune's. I got extraordinary service.
I googled the service. The number came up right away. I hit the number and three times the gentleman that answered. He hung up before I was even done with my questions seemed to be in a hurry. I could tell he was not working from an office setting seemed as though I was calling him on a personal level while he was doing his own thing. The third time I called I think I got the same gentleman, but this time he was more professional until it came to the end of the phone call. I said thank you I appreciate your help. I waited for a response and I looked at my phone and realize that he had already hung up. We could use more common sense, phone etiquette, which would be you don't hang up on people without saying goodbye, and or let the customer ask all the questions before you hang up. Thank you.

Your automated reservation system was down yesterday. After wasting 30 minutes trying to make a reservation a called your 800 number to speak with a person. The bottom line is after almost an hour, two reservations were made. I only got one confirmation email. I only discovered what was done when I checked my credit card to make sure I had been charged for my room.
Courtnee was very patient and provided me with several options while being very professional and understanding. She was also very knowledgeable about my reservation. She made it very easy.
I was able to get the room I booked for 2 nights but they fail to disclose their tax and recovery fees that they charge BEFORE you pay. You think you're getting a good deal until you see the bill. A huge rip off!

She found me a place to stay that I could afford quickly and with a great personality and attitude.
While trying to book a room in NH I was nervous about ensuring that the hotel was close to the wedding venue I was attending. Brandon was very attentive and double checked the hotel with the reception location and reassured me they were within close distance of each other. He was friendly, patient and I felt very comfortable asking all my questions about this rather last minute trip.
I made a reservation with them. When I got my receipt I noticed HUGE fees.
Taxes and recovery fees of $70.58 on a room rate of $95.76? Are you serious?
That is ridiculous.
I have never seen taxes and fees amount to over 40% the cost of a stay at hotel or 73% of the nightly rate as in this case, especially not at a basic hotel like the Sleep Inn.
When I asked them for an itemization of the "taxes and recovery fees" they gave me some long BS answer and have yet to provide and itemization of those fees. When I called the hotel and asked them for an itemized receipt they said "this was booked through expedia and you have to get the receipt from them". All this company does is book a reservation through expedia and then tacks on a huge fee that they hide in "taxes and recovery fees". It is dishonest and a scam. They should be shut down for doing that kind of business.
