Had to make a quick decision to book a room when a family member's flights were suddenly canceled late at night. Made the reservation in real time as the hours passed, and the news didn't look good. Prepaid the room, but she was finally atc2am, able to get the last of two seats available out later that morning. No hotel stay needed. Have been on hold to cancel these reservations for now almost 3 hours!

We are frequent guests at the Springhill Suites in Columbia MD and have always been extremely satisfied with everyone from making reservations thru check out.
I spoke with Opare to make a reservation and cannot believe that she is a reservations representative for the Springhill Suites. She needs extensive retraining. She was rude and hung up on me. I did call back and had a very pleasant experience with Jada. We have our reservation and are very appreciative for her professionalism. It's people like Jada that makes an Opare experience forgettable. Thank you Jada.

We were 10 hours out and needed to make a reservation for our two-day trip home from a great Florida vacation. We had stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in Chattanooga before and requested the same place. We knew it had a Cracker Barrel in front of it. Juan found it for us. Great job.

I called in with the one 800 number to make a reservation for a hotel in Zachary Louisiana. The hotel reservation person was excellent. She made small chitchat, which I did like actually made it a pretty good day to talk to somebody over the phone.

I wanted to schedule a hotel room for a few days in Green bay WI. Because I was going to see the Packers play. I'm from Scranton PA. And didn't have a clue where to stay. A women by the name of Emilee guided me through the process and she was wonderful. I felt very confident after placing my reservation thru Emilee and very happy I did. She truly is an awesome employee and person and you are lucky to have her!

I was talked over the entire time. Mr. Cory (the representative that "assisted" me) continously tried to finish my sentences and book a room that didn't meet my criteria. After calling the hotel the following morning I found that the room was incorrect and the specified occupancy was wrong. I also inquired about military rates and reward points which were not applied until I called the hotel again.

In the entire booking process I was never told by anyone that the reservation made is Nonrefundable And that my CC would be charged full amount same day. I tried to cancel reservation 20 min later and now cannot. Your company is Scamming people

I was told all that would come off my card was the $29.99 booking fee and to pay the rest when I arrive at the hotel. I just looked on my bank card and the booking fee and total of the hotel was already taken off my card. Now it says I still have to pay at the hotel as well. Not happy

I called To make a reservation over the phone while a severe thunderstorm. Came down while we were on the phone. I am terrified of storms and he stayed on the phone with me. The until I could pull to the side of the road to safety to complete the transaction. I have bad anxiety and he was so kind. Thank him personally from me and he deserves a raise and to be acknowledged for his excellent customer service

BEWARE! OVER PRICED FEES! So I booked last minute because they had the room I needed. The fees were like double but needed this room so thought it was a mistake. I was very very wrong. Once we got there the place was degraded and poorly managed. I checked with others staying there and their fees were half what I paid on this site. This sites fees are about double most other booking sites. I asked for an itemization and they denied it. No help what so ever. Bad Booking Site! I gave them 3 chances to make it right.

Explaining a problem I have about a missing confirmation number the agent just hung up. This happened 3 times with different agents. Hanging up on a caller is a rude. Will avoid doing business with BookOnline in the future
