My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Joe got me a hotel room right away I had stopped at a couple places after getting a puppy and needing a place to stay on my way home and couldn't find one with it being Labor Day weekend. He did a great job!
I booked a room through this site 3 months in advanced for a business trip. I tried to cancel within 24 hrs they refused to refund or give a credit. I tried to call twice and was told they wouldn't do anything the first time. The 2nd time they gave me another number which was blatantly fraudulent. Asking information they would never need trying to steal more money or my identity. The company has no morals and no care for they customer and they hire horrible people who will try to scam you. Don't waste your money. Protect yourself from this predatory booking agency.

I was booking 5 rooms for 10 people, at first the date we wanted was not available after trying about 4 more dates, with no luck his system updated and he was able to get us the date we originally wanted

Site does not disclose "Tax recovery/fees" prior to purchase. Their tax recovery/fees where 3 times the standard rate if I would have booked thru the hotel website (which I thought I was doing so that is my bad). Reporting to BBB. Sit needs to be shutdown!
Tamara was fabulous! There was a Taylor Swift concert in town and she would not give up trying to find me a hotel room, even though the bookings were flying. She tried several times and made it a success for me!
Erin was super friendly and completed my reservation quickly. She answered all my questions, communicated well and was very pleasant to talk to. My confirmation email appeared by the time we hung up. Great customer service!
Pablo was eager to help me. He have me information on several possibilities to house my family during our Hot Springs visit to attend my granddaughter's wedding. I appreciated his help. (Tell him to practice saying "more economical" rather than "cheap".)
Difficult to know who you are booking through always ask, because you need to know. He answered me without too much prodding and was quick on his feet because I am demanding and picky. Got us the last room as rooms were filling fast with cancelled flights. Was able to help my sister quickly get settled for the night, while she was working on rebooting her flight. I booked a room at the Wingate by Wyndham in Moab, UT. I was charged $225 for this. Upon arrival I was told by hotel staff that I should have only been charged $155 plus tax. I'm very displeased by this deceptive practice.
I will be careful to not use your service again and inform others to also not do so.

I booked online and was hit with a ridiculous amount of service fees. I cancelled within an hour via their online portal. I called a few days later to follow-up on my refund. They said there was nothing they could do. If you called when you cancelled, you would have received a refund. If you cancelled your reservation within 24-48 hours of my check-in (which is 6 weeks away) i would have received a refund. And because i already cancelled my reservation there is nothing they can do. They actually told me to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I've never heard such backward logic and horrible customer service. It's a complete scam i do not recommend using them.
I saw what I thought was real-time vacancies and prices. When I called, 2 out of the 3 rooms did not have the price that was online; cost was about $30.00 more per room per night. But I chose to go ahead with the reservation because 1. The connection was horrible and 2. I just wanted to get this settled.
The process takes a long time to set up the room reservations. Neither of which was Elisee's fault.
I was not happy with conveying my credit card number and security code over the phone. There has to be a better way, especially with the amount of the charge. Elisee was always nice and helpful throughout the process.
Because of the horrible connection, he had to call me back about 4 times. The last time he said we qualified for a $500. Discount on our reservation which was so to hear, however I never got any email confirmation of that discount nor did I receive 3 updated receipts with the new price reduction. So far today, I have not heard anything further.

The title says it all; spouse is traveling in another state and called to tell me the story. They were fine, but frazzled. We needed to get them a hotel ASAP, and we got David's assistance to secure the closest hotel from their location. It meant so much to get his help; I was able to rest easy knowing my spouse was off the road, safely off the road, and getting some needed rest!
I had had arrived in US on Tuesday having not slept on the long flight. Staying with a good friend in cluttered conditions. My deaf brother asked me to book him a hotel room. Ezequiel was kind in his tone of voice, patient with my stress and flustered behaviour. He was very calm, polite and helpful. Great experience!

From the beginning of the call to the end Kellee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her assistance and booking of my reservation. Kellee is professional, apt and very effective. Kellee is went above and beyond in her assistance with me and googled all my locations for my visit to give me all the available options. Kellee is extremely pleasant and is a beautiful personality which was evident throughout the call. At one point I was thinking of asking Kellee for suggestions for a local Barber for a haircut, but I felt she had done far too much with her pleasant and polite behavior. I wish all the best for Kellee and her career aspiration as she is an great asset to the organization.

My experience with Cory was amazing he was very very helpful very knowledgeable super sweet. I would have booked the room right then and there with him but unfortunately I have two other people that are coming and I had quoted them wrong so I had to reach back out with them wish there was a way you all could set up to where you could call your agent back, but I can't because I certainly would have called Cory back and gave him my business. Thank you overall the experience was wonderful. I give him a 10.
I went on line to find a room. I had stayed at the Denver Inverness hotel before. I didn't find the executive suite offering. So, I called in to see if these rooms were still an option. Kaneshia, answered my call. She's very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to find the perfect room and made the experience delightful. I travel a lot, and rarely find this level of care at other Hotels.

We will NEVER use your services to book a hotel again. You totally overcharged us for this hotel. You added on $50 in what you called taxes & fees, plus charges for your services. We ended up paying $136 when we could have booked directly with hotel for $71. I asked your representative what taxes & fees would add up to & he responded he couldn't give us a total till he entered our account etc. We will definitely spread the word about your poor services.
