Do not use this site. We thought we were on the actual hotel's site but were not and were literally charged hundreds of dollars over the room rate and we an elles about two minutes after making the reservation. And our credit card company would not give us our money back

We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. She checked throughout other establishments until we found what we were looking for. She saved us time, and was most pleasant and helpful! Thanks Joyce. Bruce and Susan McKie
1 star only because they dont allow negative stars. This company is operating with misleading and deceptive practices which are illegal in Australia. The only way to stop or limit there scam behaviour is to warn people. I made a booking with Bookonlie.com not realising they were an american website. They charged american $ for a booking in Australia for an Australian hotel. They also charged over $50 aus for insurance which I did not select. When I call and complained they chose to cancel my booking. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED> So now i have lost over $600 and have no accomodation. Numerous calls to - yes you guessed it a Phillipino call centre - i have had no help. They tell me someone will call me back but it has now been over 2 weeks. The last call centre person tried to assure me they were a highly professional internal company. MMM you would wonder if this was correct why they would need to steal from people.
Excellent phone skills and very patient. I was so lucky to get her on a second call. The first attempt with another agent was not pleasant. He was rude at times and hung up on me.

I phoned the # associated with CanAlta In Drumheller, AB. The # appeared in the Google search.
Operator could not find said hotel... If CanAlta is no longer your client, you should in good faith advise them to remove your ph #. This was very frustrating...

While traveling, we planned on staying in Dodge City, Kansas. I called the Dodge House and Convention Center. I was immediately impressed with Elena, who answered the phone. Her professional demeanor was outstanding. When she asked my name, I spoke it to her. I have a very unusual name and she spoke it correctly the first time she heard it. It many people can do that! Lol. She was very informative and helpful, with my questions, and getting my reservation confirmed expeditiously. Kudos to her!

Unfortunatly we didnt find any room in our location because everything booked so quickly but she was an angel and gave us a lot of choice! She was very understanding and i 100% believe you'll have an exeptionnal interaction with her too!

Carlos took all my credit info but neglected to text my confirmation number as promised.
By taking my information, debiting my card but not completing the reservation that is cc Fraud. After stealing my cc info the reservation service also located in Tacoma refused to take my calls back trying to ascertain my confirmation number.
I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Tacoma Police.

She gave me an early checkin to a motel who she knew to be available. She promised I could get into the hotel without any problem what soever. She lied from the beginning of the call to the very end. Bad service in so many ways. I will never book with this company again. Nor will I ever recommend using any of the hotels she represents. BAD SERVICE 100%

I lost my conformation number for a stay at the Abernathy. I called and talked to Cecillua and she got the information for me in just a few minutes. She was friendly, caring, and I appreciate her quick service.

Crowned plaza was booked solid for the date I requested. Lindsey was very helpful with directing me and booking my room close by at another hotel within minutes. The booking was quick ad simple.

Made reservations for 4 nights at Econo Lodge near Steinbrenner Field beginning March 7,2023 for Yankees spring Training games. Excellent service with polite interest in meeting my requests for room with microwave and refrigerator. This young lady helped this old guy with the tech help necessary to complete the reservations. You didn't inform me I would need a credit card to check in and you didn't charge me for my dog.
I almost couldn't check in because of this… they made an exception because their system is down and can't process the card anyway.

I was looking for a reasonable price for a for a short trip to Maui to share a Birthday with special friend who had never to Maui. He assisted me in navigating the details on the Alaska Air Hotels website and determining actual cost with all the taxes and fees. In addition, he was empathic and interested sharing ideas about properties as they served my needs

It was Susan that took my booking and charged my card right away. The process took for ever via phone. Upon arrival at the hotel I learned that the confirmation was not sent to them. I had to pay again at check-in. It looked like this horrible booking service was a scam and I was forced to cancel my ctedit card. Do not do business with this company.

I was deceived into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel which is what I wanted. I did not want to book through a 3rd party. I was also not told of an additional charge of $50 per night at the hotel, I found out when I got there. Then when I tried to get a refund, I was told on the phone it was approved and then they never credited my card.

I immediately realized that Cecilia was just simply the perfect professional to have handle every aspect of our reservations in regards to a very important travel accomodation for my business. From the beginning of the call to the end Kellee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her assistance and booking of my reservation. Kellee is professional, apt and very effective. Kellee is went above and beyond in her assistance with me and googled all my locations for my visit to give me all the available options. Kellee is extremely pleasant and is a beautiful personality which was evident throughout the call. At one point I was thinking of asking Kellee for suggestions for a local Barber for a haircut, but I felt she had done far too much with her pleasant and polite behavior.
