My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I booked and prepaid a motel room through Bookonline, only to arrive after a nine-hour flight to discover the motel had no reservation for us! The Motel informed us that they do not use bookonline. Now bookonline is stalling with refunding my money. Total scam, I thought I was booking the motel directly over their website…
Ricardo, was very professional in dealing with me in making our reservation. I have a lot of concerns with the policies, and customer service statements, so Recardo had to deal, and he did a good job, keep him!
The original hotel I called for was booked. My operator found me the next closest availability in the same town. It was the last room available. She said lets do this quickly! I'm leaving my home behind as it's ground zero for Hurricane Idalia. It was a relief to know we'd have somewhere to sleep. She worked fast, and made it happen.

I was worried about booking on a travel site because I didn't want anything to be left out or for anything to be wrong when we checked in. Joi had to really work to make it all just right and I appreciate her diligence and patience even with my Sister calling several times while we were on the line! Lol

For a change it was a pleasant experience having a room booked over the phone. Michaelecenkov has a good grasp of English and was very helpful in reserving a nice room at a reasonable rate. I actually enjoyed talking to him.
My experience with Jordan was great. He spoke clearly and thoroughly went through each step. He made sure that I knew the price for my hotel rental. He was also very patient with me when giving my information to him.
Quentin was very rude. He said, "if you would listen lady." He also said, "so do you want to book or not." We called him and $#*! and he yelled into the phone. We book hotels all the time and have never had an experience like this ever before.
Needing to find a pet friendly hotel for some booking mistakes we made on our end and needed a place that would be close and clean that would also allow our dog. Susan helped us in a very short conversation.
Christina was rude and very pushy. She didn't even ask me if I had Hilton Rewards or didn't even try to get me the best rate possible! I guess you are not part of the Hilton chain. I was quoted 786 dollars but I went on Hilton website and got the same room for 582. She needs to be trained better!
I was getting a room for a friend of mine and her three year-old who will been in their car all night and Emanuel was absolutely fantastic. He help me in every way we've asked for an early check in and I really hope that my friend gets it because she really needs it.
They show a price which you think is the price you pay but they add all these not shown fees. My hotel was priced at 156.00 but when i checked out the actual receipt was 134. But when i received my credit card bill they charged 203. So booking online paid 134 to the hotel and charged me 71 in fees never use this site. I sent out on social media to all my friends of their deceitful practice share with others so othrs do not get ripped off. They actually deserve a zero rating.

I try to book directly with the hotel and their website had me thinking I was. I made an error on my dates and immediately contacted them to fix the mistake. They were argumentative. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. I called right back and had the very same experience! There is no customer service here! I would never use them!

Was booked on the phone not online. Agent Christina gave us incorrect info. We wanted a hotel with pool and full breakfast. She booked us at the Super 8 which is a dive. No pool and next to nothing for a breakfast nook
They took my money and when I wanted to leave the hotel they would not refund us.
Never using these ppl again
They pretend to be a hotel website, with logos, etc. exactly where the regular logos are.
They then sneak a $250 "processing" fee on top of your normal room charges. They charge your credit card immediately. If you attempt to cancel, they will cancel the reservation - but they DO NOT credit your money! They claim they have a "no cancelation" policy for the fee!
IT IS 100% a scam!

Edgar was very efficient. He was able to compare rates between hotels. That should have been my first clue that I wasn't talking directly with the hotel. I did confirm that we were talking about the 4 points in Sheraton, so I thought that everything was fine. I had no idea that I was being overcharged until it was too late. I confirmed directly with the hotel, after the fact, that the charge is high.My credit card is charged for a service I have yet to enjoy and I am not able to talk to anyone about this dispute. Shame on me for being taken, and shame on you!
Caesar was friendly and helpful. Nice to hear a friendly voice on the other end. He was careful to make sure I understood the price of both rooms and said he would make a note about our early arrival. He didn't over-promise, " We'll do our best to accomodate to your situation."
I asked specifically if this service was Embassy Suites in Winston Salem and she confirmed that she was. When I noted there are cheaper rates on line I was informed I would find out that those room are no longer available. In short the cheaper rate rooms were available. I was clearly mislead.
Nick got me the room and price I needed. He is not only a professional but very pleasant person. Much nicer than booking online.

I wanted to call hotel directly but all call went to 3rd party booking. We are at the hotel and the room is NOT clean! The breakfast was waffles and some cheap cereal and a coffee thing that no one could even figure out how to use. I went to desk and they were unable to refund anything because it is thru 3rd party! Never again! Had I walked in off street I would have saved about 75.00!
Was trying to reach the front desk of residence inn in Pasadena... both times I explained that I may have been connected to the wrong number and asked how I could get a hold of the front desk and both times, they strait up hung up on me
