My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
In the entire booking process I was never told by anyone that the reservation made is Nonrefundable And that my CC would be charged full amount same day. I tried to cancel reservation 20 min later and now cannot. Your company is Scamming people
Didn't intent to use this third-party website, but a deceptive link took me to them instead of the actual hotel website. I then attempted to book a hotel for me to attend a funeral service later in the month. Their confirmation email showed that the reservation was inadvertently made for that night (just 12 hours in the future). I was halfway around the country and clearly did not mean to do that, so I call BookOnline.com within minutes of receiving the confirmation. I request to change to the correct date. They absolutely refuse. Say I'm calling outside of the cancellation window, which is 24 hours.
I am working with my CC company to refuse payment. And I am reporting this company everywhere possible. Complete fraud. Absolutely no interest in being a reputable business. Be sure you don't accidentally click on their links when you attempt to book a hotel with them!

My daughter had car trouble between San Diego at night traveling with one child and two puppies. Rochelle was very helpful, explained the pet policies and made the reservation for us. Very nice, friendly, and helpful!
Fawn was very patient with me while she provided me with the most affordable accommodations for my stay at the Hampton Hotel. She even compared prices of nearby hotels to ensure that I would be close to the main business that I desired and recreational places in Naperville. She was awesome!

I recorded the call. I was lied to, charged a bogus service fee, then transferred to a specialist and hung up on. Itinerary # H******* I kept telling the guy I can book on Expedia or hotels.com without a service fee. He had dogs barking in the background, lied and didn't know how to answer questions. I'm going to give Tru awful reviews online. This is the worst hotel experience I've had in 51 years and I'm a VP of Sales who travels often.
When th SS Badger suspended service for the rest of 2023, I wasn't going to be able to make my reservation here. The SS Badger and Best Western Ludington MI had no issues giving me a refund. I've called three times during regular business hours to try to cancel this reservation. I'm told that I can't get my $708.08 back. My only option is to reschedule, and that only a manager can do that. But the manager isn't there, and hasn't made any attempt to contact me. My family vacation time is wasted this year, because I can't get my money back from this place to use for something else.

While the young woman was very helpful, pleasant and professional, I was led to believe I was speaking directly with the hotel. She did not introduce herself as an employee with Expedia. I just called the resort to extend our stay and the front desk explained that my current reservation was booked through Expedia. The front desk was so surprised to see that I didn't book directly with them as I had previously.
I find this dishonest and misleading.Best to have your reservationists clarify during the booking.
The good news is that our room was booked, however, it could've been a lot easier to just extend, rather than have to make a second reservation.

Made reservations for visit at Christmas from son. He had accident with serious injury and had to go to ER. Called immediately to number given to me for Bookonline and she said to send in documents so I did 12/23/2021. Never got any response so disputed charges with credit card co they made a chargeback then Bookonline sent them 20 pages of terms my credit card company reversed the chargeback and so I have been through 6 agents at least and they still will not honor their terms…which states if you call and cancel after certain time they charge 1 night for fees and taxes but I am due 2 night refund because reservation was for a 3 night stay…how do I get help with this problem?
Late in the afternoon realizing my try at booking previously in the day didn't go through. (Probably due to low battery on my end) However, when I got to town and realized what happened, a quick call to a very polite and nice woman helped me out! A few minutes later I was at the motel and checked in to a very clean and nice room! Thank you!
Alek was great! Easy to talk to, courteous, and gave me all the info in needed. I have to call back shortly to make the reservation because I don't have my credit card, but I will definitely be booking for the first time! Can't wait!
This company, bookings online was horrible! I booked through them and when I got to the hotel they had booked me for 28 days! They did not send me a confirmation email which led me to think they changed from 1 night to 28! The 28 days was on my discover card so they meaning discover would not remove it! I contacted the company that night and tried to cancel and they just said sorry about my luck! Never again! Discover card is bad too in this because they refused to remove the $5900 for 28 days and supported a slimy 1.2 rated company over a long time Discover customer! Lesson learned! Thanks for this opportunity!

I called your reservation line. I spoke with Brandon. He was very pleasant. I would call back again to talk with him. Y'all need more jetted tubs in your rooms. I called to find out how I could get a room with a jetted tub and they are all booked. And what is going on in Anderson, South Carolina that every room you have is booked? Granted I'm only staying one night I'm coming down for a friend's birthday party, But I have no tubs in my home. I have showers so I enjoy finding a hotel with a tub. Big tub. I'm not a little girl. But Brandon was very nice and very helpful. I'm just looking around at other hotels before I called back cuz I do like the Hilton..

I was booking a hotel room on the hotel's website but unknowingly redirected to bookonline.com. I made a reservation in Ohio to visit my son. When I received the confirmation it was for Texas. I called bookonline.com to tell them it is the wrong state, they told me no changes or refunds. The girl in the office said why don't I go to Texas instead. ( Are you kidding me.) I disputed it with my credit card bank, Bank of America and lost. I am out $476.53 How can a company like bookonline stay in business, legally.
Ivonne was very helpful. I had some type of issue when it came time provide credit card info thru the iPhone but Ivonne helped me out and we had a few laughs. She was very patient with us which was appreciated. I think the amount you charge to make a reservation 'refundable' is a little exorbitant as well as the amount you charge for a pet. We travel a lot and have NEVER had to pay $75 - not even $50.
I hope we are not disappointed with our stay in July and are looking forward to seeing family.

Cory first of all could not find the hotel and then he gave an incorrect quote. I had just checked using a different agent. Then when I questioned he insisted it was the correct price( $269 when I booked it for $185).
My experience with this gentleman was very good he was very helpful and polite his energy was great he made sure that I was completely taken care of and informed! I would absolutely hire Corey as an employee if I had a customer service company!
