My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We have had a very unfortunate cancellation of our flight, causing a chain reaction of problems. We had stayed 2 nights at the Marriott in Long Island and last minute need another night before our new flight. I got Jaztine when I called to rebook and she was so kind and helpful. She had such a nice cheerful demeanor and was such a sweetheart. Got us 2 new rooms, was very patient and we are all set. I rarely take the time for a survey or review, bit she is so worth it… thank you so much for your great people 🙏
It took me an hour over the phone to book two adjoint rooms. The representative kept making mistakes and forgetting my dates. Mis quoted price. Had to cancel reservation a couple times. Horrible experience. Hope our stay is better.

I am very unsatisfied. I showed up to my hotel and after specifically asking about cats on the phone call. The Hyatt did not accept them. I had to find a completely new room on my own. I never checked in and I was told not to pay the cancellation fee because I was going that night. I would have gone, my cat wasn't allowed to stay. I need to be fully refunded.
