We tried booking at a Toronto hotel but there was no availability Joyce, in Reservations at the Canopy Hotel, was a terrific help. She checked throughout other establishments until we found what we were looking for. She saved us time, and was most pleasant and helpful! Thanks Joyce. Bruce and Susan McKie
1 star only because they dont allow negative stars. This company is operating with misleading and deceptive practices which are illegal in Australia. The only way to stop or limit there scam behaviour is to warn people. I made a booking with Bookonlie.com not realising they were an american website. They charged american $ for a booking in Australia for an Australian hotel. They also charged over $50 aus for insurance which I did not select. When I call and complained they chose to cancel my booking. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED> So now i have lost over $600 and have no accomodation. Numerous calls to - yes you guessed it a Phillipino call centre - i have had no help. They tell me someone will call me back but it has now been over 2 weeks. The last call centre person tried to assure me they were a highly professional internal company. MMM you would wonder if this was correct why they would need to steal from people.
Jennifer did a great job of searching for a hotel for me and trying to find exactly what I needed. We ended up not booking at all because prices were out of our budget.

Jesus was very helpful when the hotel I'd originally called about was out of my price range. He helped find me something down the street with 24/7 airport shuttles and saved me over $60!

Booked a hotel suite in Nashville at the BOBBY hotel. I CANCELLED my reservation the same day and have not recieved my refund of $2,076 USD. There is no live support and keep putting blame on my bank. STAY AWAY from the business. I am currently having our legal team get involved.

Perfect. We are heading to Escondido for a wedding on September 1st. Best Western was the preferred hotel. The reservationist, Joi, referred me to the Front Desk to get the blocked rate for the wedding guests. I appreciate that so much!

Corey booked the wrong dates for my hotel. I was arriving after midnight and asked that I am booked on the prior day since I will be leaving in the morning. Instead he booked me for the after midnight date - the date I'm leaving. But I'm leaving in the morning. The specific dates, that should have been booked for January 25 leaving on the 26th. Despite my explaining all this to him he booked me for the 26th leaving on the 27th. So I did not have a room booked and had to rebook then I had to call Expedia and get the wrong booking change. In addition, Corey charged me a rate twice what I charged what I was charged when I arrived at the hotel and booked myself. I lost about an hour working through all this when I should have been sleeping. Guys like Cory who don't know what they're doing and also have a bad attitude do not reflect well on your company.

Why did you charge me $136.51 when the hotel receipt I received upon checkout was for $91.57. Without a good explanation I will contact me credit card company to reverse the charges.

The rep on the phone, Giovanna was great. What I DONT like is the fact that as a customer I have to call a different phone number or be transferred if I'm trying to make a reservation but use Hilton Honors at the same time. Should be seamless. I was booking 2 different rooms but couldn't be seamless with Giovanna on the phone.

You get flipped on this site without knowing it. When you book and switch to confirm booking it changes the date to the same day. Although they advertise free cancellation it's impossible to cancel or get your money back. Extremely rude customer service. Read all the reviews. There is a problem and someone needs to step in.

Booked a room for grand daughter's wedding and bill for the room stay was $1219. 00 for 5 nights but their "Tax Recovery Charges and Service Fees totaled another $474.38 for a total bill of 1693. 38! These fees were way out of line and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. If you are booking with them check all the cost ahead of time.

Horrible, I thought I was talking to a hotel agent but was not. The reservation was made and billed to my card. When I checked in a different card was used to pay for the room at a much lower price. This company is definitely ripping people off. STAY AWAY, JUST HANG UP.
