Do not use this site. We thought we were on the actual hotel's site but were not and were literally charged hundreds of dollars over the room rate and we an elles about two minutes after making the reservation. And our credit card company would not give us our money back

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you are on a legit honorable website before booking.

Products used:
We purchased directly through the hotel's actual website despite our unsuccessful attempt for a refund.

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.

I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We have had a very unfortunate cancellation of our flight, causing a chain reaction of problems. We had stayed 2 nights at the Marriott in Long Island and last minute need another night before our new flight. I got Jaztine when I called to rebook and she was so kind and helpful. I am very unsatisfied. I showed up to my hotel and after specifically asking about cats on the phone call. The Hyatt did not accept them. I had to find a completely new room on my own. I never checked in and I was told not to pay the cancellation fee because I was going that night. I would have gone, my cat wasn't allowed to stay. I need to be fully refunded.
