First attempt at delivery of this order resulted in a destroyed box where only the label was able to be delivered. The second attempt was a success but two of the books in the original order were no longer available. I appreciate your actions to try to correct the problem.

I found the site during a Google search and was skeptical about the low prices that were quoted. I ended up ordering two books that were the best prices by far. The order was processed quickly and arrived in just days. My experience was 100% positive and will order again

This is absolutely my favorite site to order books from. The prices are fantastic, the sales are always amazing, and the selection of books are incredible. I order for myself and my son, as well as regular orders for his schools library. The shipping is free for most of my orders, and when they aren't free the shipping cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend book outlet!

I spent over an hour searching and selecting books off the website. It was very to use and my kids picked out many books for their mother's birthday.

However, when I went to checkout it asked me to set up an account. When I did that I lost everything in my cart and had to start over. Unfortunately when the books arrived my kids discovered we forgot to add back in the book Leslie Jordan - How Y'all Doin'.

I will remember to log in before I add books to the cart next time. The prices are very fair and reasonable and I was surprised by the selection.

Will order more books in the future.

I love purchasing from here. I always get my books quickly and I'm pretty great condition. There are a few books here and there that come a little battered but that doesn't bother me since it's so rare.

I absolutely love Book Outlet and love being able to find all kinds of books, puzzles, craft kits at a more affordable price. I am always surprised at the availability of all different types of books, authors etc.

I just ordered two books for each of the six members of our club. This was our first order and we greatly appreciated the service afforded to us by this company. Books were in excellent condition and service was well communicated and prompt.

I don't know if it's used books but one of the books I received was in horrible condition, it smelt like alcohol and the pages were stuck together. I understand re selling used books but they should at least be in better condition.

I bought 7 books that I wanted for the same amount that I would have paid for 2 books at a brick and mortar book store.

They shipped for free across the country within a week. Book quality has been excellent for all of the books that I've bought.

I have used booklet many times and love it. I was, however, unhappy with the new delivery notification system. I wasn't able to get any updates…each time I looked it said not found. This was frustrating to say the least. I had not idea when I might expect my parcel until the day I found it on my front step. With the rise of parcel theft, I would appreciate better communication on shipping.

I was immediately impressed with the choice of books and the prices at Book Outlet. I ordered many books from different areas, and the deliver time was even faster than predicted. A great overall experience!

My first time ordering, I was so excited. Unfortunately, my order got lost in transit. I contacted customer service twice, then once they got back to me they were quick to resolve the issue for me. My order had to be reshipped and with less book's, due to them being out of stock, which was fine. I did finally receive my order and all of the books were in amazing shape. I will order again!

My grandchildren always want books for Christmas and Birthdays and they request specific books. I always check Book Outlet first to see if they have any of the ones that are requested. I almost always find several of the books they requested and at a very reduced price compared to the usual stores. This year was no different and I found several of the books they wanted. The delivery was actually much quicker than I expected and the books were all in perfect condition.

I was disappointed in the clump of pages that had been turned over in the kids Bible that I had ordered. But I was able to straighten them out. The other kids Bible had a rather large dog eared page which will remain as a crease down the page. Hopefully these Bibles will be so well used that my "little first world" problems will just blend into a well used Bible!

My only complaint, or suggestion, would be adding optional local pick up. I live 20 minutes from book outlet store & warehouse, the order travels close to 300kms to get to me, instead of 30kms - it's hard to ignore the environmental impact of this.
The store doesn't carry the same variety the website does which is understandable, but adding 10x the travel distance is disheartening.

The titles are interesting but you won't find everything though and that's fine with me. Some titles repeat as you scroll the pages which can be repetitive, but forgivable. The prices are good, you will certainly find something you like. I like it that you can get notified when a wishlisted book is not available, others offer the same feature, but it was done better here. The oeverall web experience is good too, which is surprising because many shopping sites in North America suck

I would have wanted to know which books were hard cover or soft cover before as well as which had wear and tear vs almost brand new. I'm not dissatisfied I will read them even with some wear and tear it's just something I would have liked to know before hand.

I have only ordered graphic novels and comic trade paperbacks so far and everything I've recieved has been in great condition, practically like new. Sometimes the trade will just have the black sharpie remainder mark on the edge, which is fine by me considering the steep discount these are sold for.
Shipping is not the fastest but considering free shipping is offered at the $45 dollar mark I can't complain.

Love shopping here :) The prices are the best I have found and the products are usually in great shape. I have had a few with some small damage but book outlet was prompt in replacing them. Highly recommend book outlet
