Good prices but the shipping requirements made ordering take longer and I had to order more items to get free shipping. The shipping took very long and I was disappointed I got them at the end of my 2 week vacation even though I ordered them the week before.

I ordered these Used Books because the new ones were too costly. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality was as described and the small marks from a used book were quite minor (and helpful!). The delivery was fast as well. I will buy again from this supplier.

I love the prices and the fact that can easily find English books! I live n an area where it is difficult to find anything that English!

My only problem is that I don't know what to do with the books (english). I have passed some on to friends.
Can Book Outlet take them back?

When my order arrived, one book was missing.
Thankfully, I was not charged for the missing book, but it would have been nice to be notified of what happened, ie. Was the book out of stock, missed, etc.
The only way I could tell that anything had changed was that the initial confirmation email had the original total and the book was still listed in my order.
The second email I got was when my order shipped, the book was still listed in the order, but my total payment had been reduced.
More transparent communication would be appreciated.

If the site carries the book you are looking for, the prices are good compared to the usual sites I shop on. (Ie: indigo, Amazon)
I had a good experience where shopping was concerned! The books I ordered arrived earlier then expected!
The only downfall was out of the 2 books I ordered, one of them was delivered in poor condition. The books were meant as gifts but I am not sure I will be gifting one as the cover is pretty scuffed up.

This is a fantastic website to find a lot of books that I'm interested in purchasing at a fraction of the cost of other websites. I love the service, selection and quality of titles. I will definitely be ordering again and again

A friend of mine recently introduced me to the Book Outlet (I kind of wish she hadn't…) and I have ordered twice so far. Their system is easy to navigate, great selection of books to choose from, at amazing prices! Books arrived in great condition and quite quickly - I will definitely be ordering again (after I read the 17 books I ordered the first two times… sigh).

I love shopping at Book Outlet to find great deals on books and to find titles that I sometimes can't find elsewhere! They always run promotions and shipping is typically quick. Shopping in-person at their store is always a nice experience too.

I am so happy a friend told me about the Book Outlet. I have bought books and then I donate them to my church library. A win, win for me and the church.

I bought 6 books and 4 out of the 6 were damaged. One severely with three obvious slices on the cover. The others has ripped pieces and dented edges. The 4 books look INCREDIBLY used. :( really disappointing.

Books came in wonderful condition. Way better than I thought they would be. I placed the order and my package got lost. Customer service dealt with my order fast and friendly. They resent my order out immediately.

I am delighted to shop at your website and find titles i am looking for and some i am not.
I like your prices and delivery is excellent. Please keep up the good work.
One bad mark: your library needs better way to search for specific authors. I had problems before
And do not have the time to cycle thru pages and pages of titles.

My only problem with Book Outlet is with the packaging. The box itself is fine, but because there is nothing inside to protect the books, they move too much in the box and quite frequently books come damaged with bent corners and crinkled paper.

We received the wrong order (shipment of 5 books) needed for Christmas gifts. When we called the company, they said they could not expedite a replacement shipment that would be certain to reach us on time. It needed to be a re-order with the same delivery timing. Unacceptable that the company couldn't arrange rush shipping for a replacement order for an issue that was solely their fault. Lousy customer service.

Easy to use website. Books arrived in a good time. Books were all in great condition, packaged well in a sturdy cardboard box. The box was left at a post office as it is not water proof. So, all items arrived in perfect condition.

I was happy to find French products for children but unfortunately the Alphabet in French had 4 letters missing in the pack. Quality control needs to improve. Hopefully the next pack will be complete.

This is the first time I ordered with Book Outlet and I will definitely order from them again. I received my books in a timely fashion and the price and shipping cost was excellent. However, upon receiving my books, two (out of three) of them had a small tear on the bottom of the cover. I think this was because the box they were shipped in was too large and they had been shaken around and tore on the inside of the box edges.

I love the quality of books that Book Outlet provides at a fraction of the price. There's nothing like having a new book in your hands but with the price of new books, it's hard to keep up. Book Outlet allows you to get several books for the price of one and it's a great way to line your bookshelves.

I love book outlet! It has many of the titles I'm looking for and lots of current popular titles for much cheaper. While I still try to shop local first, I find myself at book outlet when my local store doesn't have what I'm looking for.

I'm very impressed with the books available, how quickly I received them (especially given the holiday season) and the condition of the books. And the prices! I typically try to avoid paying shipping costs, but the books are so well-priced that I can easily justify paying for shipping.
