Book Outlet

I found some of the material I was looking for on art. Would like to see a much larger selection for art and wood carving.
Would like to see more information on the website about the books example some pictures of what the book has to offer so I have a better idea of what I am purchasing. My books are good but I was kind of expecting a bit more instructions on doing my art work.

The book prices and selection are top notch and the ordering process is easy. However, for the fourth time this year Canada Post has lost my Book Outlet order and basically has never done anything to rectify the situation For that reason I will not be ordering again unless another delivery provider can be used.

My shipping address was my work address. The courier company delivered the package to my work but after hours when the doors were locked. He/she left it outside the front entrance doors. Anyone could have taken the package or it could have been destroyed by the rain. It was dropped off late Friday evening and the business did not open again until Monday. I had to travel 30 minutes into town to get the package. The courier should have kept it and delivered it on Monday during regular business hours like every other courier company.

I love this website. The shipping does not take long at all. The books are very reasonably priced! I definitely recommend to check out this website to see if they have the book(s) you want before checking another website.

I love the service and the books that you offer! However, I didn't receive one book that I ordered and instead got another one. Not sure how I can return it and and have the book I ordered sent to me. This setback won't stop me from ordering again. You really can't find better prices for books!

One of the books I received was very juvenile. I guess I didn't read the description well enough. The delivery was quite a long wait but next time I will order earlier. The books were all I good shape except one that was folded in packing. The price was very reasonable.

Thanks for the fast and free shipping. I ordered a book on trading Mike Bellafiore - One good trade. The book is in excellent condition, undamaged and nicely packaged. Yesterday I started reading the book and I can say that it is well written, in an understandable language and easy to read. I would even say that it relaxes.

What a fabulous find. The book outlet has amazing prices. They only have selected titles based on the deals they find but after my first purchase, I will now check the Book Outlet first before ordering my book from standard large book sellers.

I'm SO glad and happy and utterly DELIGHTED that I stumbled upon this site (thank you@ that one girl on TikTok). As a person who loves to read but doesn't always have the money to purchase books because omg books are expensive in Canada, BookOutlet is a total gem! The selection is great and the site is easy enough to use. The customer service is also so lovely. I've received all my orders on time and in considerably good condition. I really love this site and I can't wait to order more books in the future! (My poor wallet ahaha.)

At my last order, I was surprised to see an ordered item becoming unavailable at the shipping time. As a result, I lost my 15% discount. The original total with the item is $72.81. The bill was $54.98 after I submitted my $10 reward including tax. The cancellation of the item, without my review, led to the loss of the 15% promotion discount. As a result, the final bill is $54.98, the same amount of the original order but without the item that I thought I had (The Great Pianist $8.39).

I live in Ontario. I purchased a paperback book on a Tuesday, that was brand new and unmarked, for $9.09 instead of paying the major competitor's price of $22.99 for the same paperback book and it was delivered two days later, on Thursday.

I've made 9 orders online and visited the location in St Catherine's once. I have found quite a lot of deals online (location in St Catherine's didn't have much selection in terms of what I was looking for). If you're looking for cheap books that are brand new this is defiantly the place to do it. I have yet to have a damaged book, wish they have smaller boxes for smaller orders (they all come in the same size boxes, from the orders I have gotten).

This is the best site to buy discounted, good quality books. I love the variety they have of childrens books to adult books. They frequently have popular books at an amazing discount, I also love that I can pay in CAD and not USD!

Basically the books were perfect but the delivery was a nightmare. No tracking or updates (selected those options), didn't know who was even delivering, called the company of the one email I got telling me my package was shipped. A company called metroland, they told me they will send me emails when it is received from book outlet and waiting waiting suddenly my brother visits and says there was a package on the porch. This was at 730pm, no notifications, if he didn't come over it could have been there all night if I was lucky; there are night prowlers every night where I live. It's a no brainer that I won't be buying anymore books here, there is just no logic to it I might as well just tape a $20 bill to my door.

Overall positive - but initially I had put books into my cart and when I went to checkout/login to my account, my cart disappeared. So I had to go back and remember which books I included, since they were kids books it was a hassle (>10 books). Not sure if that is even addressable.

I just received another order of books from Book Outlet. While the site doesn't have everything, they have a surprisingly great selection of books at very deep discounts. Shipping is quick, and the books are exactly as described. As a reader, I couldn't be happier.

My order was here in the city 3 days before christmas but sat in the truck undelivered the status showed it out for delivery then handed off to another courier and no one at BNI responded to my query, It was 5 days after it said out for delivery that it finally was delivered. Prices are good and quality was good but you need to follow up on your delivery service,

Book Outlet has a wide variety of books that are new and old. The books came in a timely manner in a box. I was satisfied with the condition of most books. One of the books came with dents (possibly from shipping) and then one came with a very sticky sticker on the back that I attempted to peel off.

Great price for books and puzzle I ordered. Some of the books received were not in the best condition, one book sleeve was worn and ripped. One weird thing to note; one side of the box was unsealed, and a copy of the Communist Manifesto was in the box with the items I did order.
