Book Outlet

I have been a fan since Book Close-outs ended and Book Outlet took over.

To me, checking for interesting books on Book Outlet is like panning for gold. The books I bought over the years have all been great, and in good shape and line my book cases. I can spend hours searching for just the right books and then having to choose which ones I purchase.

I got a torn book and they replaced it no questions asked and did it so quickly. I appreciate it so much! You always have the best prices! I can never just choose one book it's always a haul with book outlet.

Really glad I can purchase a used book online and still get it in the same or less time than I would if I had order it from Amazon or and online bookstore. Price-wise it did save me almost half the retail price to purchase with Book Outlet however if you found your desired book at a thrift store that would definitely be cheaper.

I am forever impressed with the variety of selection in all categories. The prices are impossible to argue with. I often order books in bulk and am impressed by the care with packing my order. The boxes are a special quality to not break and keep the books safe.

I purchased a bunch of books recently and noticed one book from my order was missing. I contacted book outlet and very quickly was able to speak to a human who understood and quickly dispatched the missing book from my order. I received it in less than a week.

It was great to find the book I was looking for and the price was good value but the shipping ended up the same price as the book. It's worth shopping here for books You may not be able to find elsewhere just be aware that shipping will add considerably to the bargain prices.

Book outlet is a bookworm's dream: like-new books at a fraction of the price of buying new. The catalog is pretty good and the website/ordering experience work well. I recommend Book Outlet to people all the time.

Shopping was easy and the shipping was on time. The shipping updates were also an added feature to keep track of the order and peace of mind knowing when to expect the products. Excellent service over all.

Often I can find specific books I look for. On the times I can't, I often find many interesting books I did not know about to order instead. I tend to put in a large order, read my way through, and order again.

Orders arrive promptly and I have been very happy with the experience.

Received all books as ordered. No marks/wear on books. My only issue was that the box was too flimsy for the weight of the books - poor tape job. When I pulled it out of the parcel box one end was ripped completely open. My receipt was missing - fortunately none of the books were missing.

Book I ordered did not ship. Instead, they just shipped the clearance books I had chosen to make shipping worth it. Now I can't even return to hose because I have to pay return shipping. Should have just ordered with Amazon.

No problems with shopping here. No problems with payment and delivery arrived within specified dates. The times I had to use customer service were pleasant and the problem was resolved. Unlike a department store, it is a wholesale outlet, so the prices and inventory change. And that's the way I like it.

Update: Received books. They are great! Great condition, exactly what I ordered and received quickly. Will be purchasing from Bookoutlet again!
Shopping experience was great. Still have yet to receive the books ordered; or what the condition of the books are in. Hopeful!

I went to a used book store, traded books in and purchased books. Cost was 77.00. I purchased new books through the Book Outlet. The same amount of books and only cost me roughly 50.00. Plus I didn't have to go to a book shop, I didn't have to walk around looking for books ( I have a very bad back) and they were delivered really fast. Big plus is that it is Canadian and ships from Canada.

Book Outlet was great because I could find the book I was looking for at a fraction of the price. The corner of the cover had a bit of a fold in it but otherwise the book was in great condition and I'm so excited to read! Definitely returning to Book Outlet for future purchases.

It was my first time ordering from Book Outlet and I was thrilled with the pricing and the decent selection of books. There was a great sale on that I took advantage of, but there was a slight mix-up and I only received 14 of the 15 books I had ordered. Once I let them know, they took care of it quickly to my full satisfaction.

The condition of the book was excellent. There was however a slight dent on the hard cover edge, but it was likely due to how it was packaged. The was no filler to prevent it from moving around. I certainly however, will shop there again.

Customer service is wonderful. The prices of the books are amazing. The quality of the books are brand new. The only thing is that it depends what books they have in stock as they don't always have everything I'm looking for. Even so I've discovered a lot of different books!

The prices and book conditions are really good, but there is not a great variety of books and you have to check the site often in order to buy the books you want. There are often discounts throughout the site. A good site to check out if you want to buy that are not really popular, classics or not well-known bestsellers.
