I am 61 years old and I wait for my Book Outlet orders with the same anticipation
I did as a child in Elementary School when I used to order my books at school.
My experience with Book Outlet has been very positive and I highly recommend them to anyone.
The difference in Book Outlet's prices compared to others is phenomenal and makes buying books much more affordable. Because of their affordable prices I can buy more books which makes me very happy. Like the title says Book Outlet has given me many enjoyable hours of reading.

I ordered 18 books for gifts. The price was so right I couldn't believe it. When I received the order, two books that were severely damaged and I was disappointed. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the two damaged books. It took a couple weeks longer but I ordered early so still on time for the event. Shipping takes a little bit longer but really not bad when you consider what you're paying for these books. I'm very satisfied

I first ordered on Nov 29th. The delivery was scanned into Toronto on Dec 5th which is where it is still sitting. I called and was told to wait, eventually called back again afraid my order was lost and this time a great young man took my call and agreed the order was likely lost and placed a new order which I actually received in 4 days.

I had trouble finding the book elsewhere so I tried Book Outlet. Quick delivery, great price even with the delivery fee. Was expecting it to be paperback but it was hardcover, so that made the deal even better.

The ordering process was straightforward and intuitive, the tracking was easy, and the delivery quick. The book came well packed and protected--and it was a much nicer edition than I had expected. I could not be happier. Book Outlet gets my vote!

I ordered the book for a Father's day gift for my Dad. Having never EVER ordered anything online before, I was a little nervous about it. My friend did the ordering for me. Because I waited I thought it would come late. I was thrilled when it was delivered the day before Fathers day.

I ordered a book and it arrived within 4 days! Delivery was so quick, the price was SO LOW, and it was a regular book that I would have paid $25 for at Indigo! And the paper packaging that the book came in was sustainable (no plastic!).

I had been looking for the books I ordered and found them through this wonderful Book Outlet. My ordering experiencing and delivery of the books was excellent. I highly recommend this Outlet and I will be ordering again in the future.

I was a little surprised by the price of the book I wanted as other places it was as much as $20-30. It arrived when they said it would (3 days), and it only cost $10 ($5 for the book, $5 for shipping)

Book Outlet is a great source of discounted books. Items arrive well packaged and in a timely manner. The one time a book came damaged, I contacted the company and a replacemnent was sent right away. Highly recommended!

I wish when I looked at just arrived I could tick off all categories I want to see at once instead of going back and forth. I'd like to see notifications that I've already purchased an item or one list in my orders of all that I've bought.

1 of the titles I received was damaged. After emailing with a request for a replacement or refund, I quickly received a reply that a replacement was available and received it within 5 days of initial contact.

I love the feature of saving books to a wishlist. The prices are sometimes a little high but overall, really good.
The only issue is that if you save a book to a wishlist instead of purchasing it, there's no guarantee that they will get it back in stock.

I was fortunate to be able to find some books I really like most of the times I browse the Book Outlet web site. I mostly prefer hard cover editions. The price and the quality of the books are hard to beat.

Some of the books came in visibly damaged, which I somewhat expected given the price tag, but one of the books had its cover creased in half. It's still readable, but I wish the condition of the books were better.

Not only were the books I ordered a terrific price, the check out process was great but the delivery was so quick with great communication. This was the first time I ordered from Book Outlet. But definitely not the last.

Very easy to use site; I wish it had all the books I wanted although the selection is pretty fantastic!
I love that Book Outlet is Canadian. The prices are great and so are the delivery times. I am so glad I found Book Outlet.

I was debating buying a book that I had been looking for because it was expensive everywhere I found it. I waited and I found it on BookOutlet. It was a great price, half the price (at least) compared to any other seller.

Part of my order did not arrive with the rest of my order. With some hesitancy I emailed custom service and was pleasantly pleased with the prompt reply and follow up I received. Many thanks to Jason!

The prices of the books were amazing and for the price, I was overall happy with my order. However, out of 3 books, 2 of them had stickers which when removed left sticky residue on the cover/dust jacket and the back cover of the 3rd book was a bit roughed up.
