Book Outlet

I hadn't known you existed until I came across you on Google. I got a hard copy of Fukuyama's new book on Liberalism at a fraction of the price I would have paid for a paperback version. You will be my "go to" outlet in future.

I have placed several orders with Book Outlet and the experience has been great. I had the occasion to return a damaged children's book and I was impressed with the return process and the customer service.

While I appreciate the books for my classroom, I thought the books I ordered were all soft cover, but many were hard cover which doesn't match my book collection in my classroom. It just makes storage an issue.

The website is very easy to use and the price is unbeatable! I've ordered about 30 books so far and they always come close to perfect or close to perfect condition and delivery is always quick and easy.

Although the experience was amazing buying the book and the price was great, my order got delivered to the wrong house, the person delivering the order didn't realize the name of the street was not the right one and left the book there regardless.

Selection was great. Ordering was easy (except for adding the coupon. That I was not able to do). Delivery was only a couple of days and the prices were INCREDIBLE! I have already told a few friends and family about the Book Outlet!

Could be better! Yes things could be better. For example it would be nice if before buying the book a write up on the recommended child age for the book. If it is a chapter book or is it a poetry or story in the book. Also if it is soft cover or hard cover.

It always impressed how fast the delivery is. Only small challenge is that there is so much inventory it is sometimes hard to navigate the website. But I got the books on my wishlist! And Christmas presents.

The books I purchased were so expensive on amazon, and hard to find anywhere else. I saw someone on TikTok mention Book Outlet so I checked it out. Shipping price was reasonable, and the book prices were also very reasonable. Super happy with my experience!

Great selection of books. They shipped really fast as well. Tracking didn't work, so I got a bit worried that it would take forever. And suddenly the box just showed up at my door step. Will order from Book outlet again for sure.

After spending thousands at Book Outlet O was sent a damaged book that looked used. Received an official reply that inferred that I was lucky that the books were so cheap and I would have to pay to return the damaged book. Looking forward to the end of the pandemic so we do not have to buy from Book Outlet.

I usually shop for myself or my kids on Book Outlet but this time I decided to check for a gift for my niece. I found a book that was exaclty what i was looking for. Had I bought this book anywhere else it would have been over the gift budget but since it was 75% off I was able to get it for her! (Originally over $40 but less than $10 on Book Outlet!)
Arrived within the same week I ordered and in perfect condition.

Showed up faster than I expected, everything seemed all right. Only minor complaint about the site is that books often disappear fast... they might appear again over the next few weeks or so, but at any given moment picking enough books off my wishlist that are actually in stock to get enough for free shipping can be unsuccessful... I'd have ordered weeks ago but each time I found some of the books I wanted weren't in stock any more, and so waited. Your own experience might depend on how picky you are about what books grab your interest I suppose. Though I can't really hold that against the site itself since I assume they get what books they get, and I will be using it again assuming enough books

I was searching for a book everywhere and couldn't find it. Looking for place in canada with used books, i found Book Outlet. It didn't have the book i was specially looking for, but what a selection to choose from! It's been two years now, and Book Outlet is the best thing online. I even found rare books i was wishing for!

I ordered a couple of books I had been wanting for a while and some as presents! The prices were great considering how newly published they were and that they were hardcovers. It's hard to get books in Canada because of how expensive they have gotten. However, I think customers need to keep in mind that the books aren't brand new. Some are in great quality, while others are a bit banged up and one of the books I ordered, the cover was almost ripped in two, and another book had their pages bent in half. So they are readable books, but if a customer is the type that likes perfectly displayed books, I think they should pass on book outlet.

Bookoutlet is an easy and gratifying experience. The site is well organized, there is lot of information about book stock, you can organize your wishlists in categories, make searches by author, topics, etc. and the process of shopping is clear an fast. Costumer service is helpful, polite and willing to help although I've always needed to e-mail them just once 8n many years and only for a minor issue.

This was my first time using 'Book Outlet' and I couldn't be happier with the price, the service and the delivery. I will surely be back to their site to look for more books from them now that I have found them.

This was my second time ordering from the Book Outlet and I'm completely satisfied. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick and prices were 50% off regular book store prices. Couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely order from them again!

The ordering process was great, the availability of books I like was great.

However of the 3 boxes I received all three had been torn into and messed with. Somewhere in the shipping is a huge problem. The book outlet corrected those mistakes by refunding me missing books or resending them. But the hassle of doing all of that was time consuming and frustrating.

I love Book Outlet and their sister company Kidsbooks. Amazing selection of kids books and great prices. They also have games and activities kits - perfect for stocking up for kids' birthdays and holidays.
