I love how easy it was to navigate the site and find new-to-me books. I could have spent hours browsing the books and with those prices, they just can't be beaten! I was able to find some great books for my 8-year-old and 4-year-old. And free shipping over $45... it was a no-brainer. I can't wait to place my next order!

I ordered 11 books for my book club, and they arrived quite quickly. They were all inWest books and in excellent condition, except one book's cover was folded back. I would definitely order books here again..

First time I've ordered from Book Outlet. Was looking for a book that is a bit older and found it at Book Outlet, along with a few more titles I couldn't find at my local used book store. For some reason the tracking info for the shipment wasn't showing up on the Wizmo site and I was concerned if the shipment was coming via courier due to icy road conditions to our place, which is rural. Sent an email and heard back quickly from Jason who confirmed it was coming via Canada Post and had been delivered to the community mailbox that day. Checked and sure enough, it was there and I'm now in reading material. Great service all around.

I had a great experience ordering fro you. It was very easy, i appreciated to be advised thatna book i was waiting for was available. Prices where the best than anywhere else. Delivery time was great and was easy to track. I was impressed with everything. Will definitely order again, you will be my go to for books

I'm a Bibliofile from an early age and have spent my life at bookstores and ordering online. This was my first Book outlet experience. Your prices are unbeatable, delivery was fast and in a box, which is much better than the bubble bags but the two hardcovers were quite dirty and the softcover had a lot of damaged pages.

The books took longer than I thought. It was just after Christmas and before New Years and I read it might take longer.
I ordered on Dec 31 and received on Sunday Jan 8. What made it seem longer is that I never received an email saying the books had been shipped!
I have previously ordered from Book Outlet and received the shipping email.
I continuously checked for the email that the books had shipped.
Then on Sunday Jan 8 we found them outside the door in the evening. If we hadn't taken the dog out we would of never noticed the books laying there.

Easy shopping experience. Very simple. The only bad thing was that some of the books had a little damage in the front and back. Also black ink marks on the bottom of some of them wasn't very desirable. Aside from a little creases and markings on the books, they were all in normal condition.

This site is literally unheard of in Canada… books are at least 50% off list price and FREE SHIPPING over $45! I have ordered hundreds of books and will be ordering hundreds more! OH! And there's always a sale

No complaints about pricing/shipping. My only disappointment was that one of my books came slightly damaged. It wasn't the biggest deal as it was for my daughter. When I emailed about the damaged book, they were great and the issue was satisfactorily resolved.

I couldn't pick the payment details. I tried everthing. I took my selections out, put them back in. Deleted my account and started another one. Still could not pay. I have purchased before. I ended up calling. Which the hours are 9-4 M-F. I work 7-4 M-F. So not ideal. I got my books in the end. I think it took about 3 week in the end to order them.

I placed the mu first order on March 22 it was shipped and never arrived. After 7 days I called you customer service and the wonderful person I spoke to resent the order on April 4th. Again it shipped on April 7 and still have not received the order on April 18th a refund was issued.

Site is easy to use and they are very fast and accurate about the delivery time! Very satisfied! They had a book I couldn't even get on Indigo without paying a fortune for and another that just wasn't available on Amazon or Indigo.

Hunted all the local stores in my area and couldn't find the Titles I wanted anywhere. Went on the net and found the Book Outlet, they had what I wanted for an awesome price. Had my books in a week, thank you!

I've always had good experiences with ordering at Book Outlet. This last time I ordered and received a box of books that wasn't mine. I contacted Book Outlet and received a prompt email with apology. They immediately sent out the correct order and didn't ask me to ship back the other books that I didn't order but to donate the other books. Which I did. :) I gave them to my library. Thanks Book Outlet. I definitely appreciated the kind customer service.

I ordered 7 books. When I got my shipment…there were 11 books in the box. Only 1 of them was what I had ordered. I contacted customer service immediately. They reshipped the books I ordered & told me to keep the mistakes or donate them.

I'm so glad I found book outlet. I buy about 90% of my books from this site... and trust me that's alot of books! I keep my personal tbr pile stocked, and as a school librarian whenever I get funds I head straight here to get the most for my money!

I was very pleased with bookoutlet's pricing, updates, and the quality of the books received. They weren't as new, but i wasn't expecting them to be. The only issue i had was one with shipping (the package was not at my building the day bookoutlet's site and the canadapost shipping site said it was, rather, the next day), but i don't think that's their fault. I ordered 4 books— 3 for myself and 1 for a friend— and am very pleased overall. Would recommend!

I experienced excellent, reliable service and the books are excellent quality. The low prices are wonderful too. My only disappointment was that one Author I was looking for was not available, Jana DeLeon, BUT all the others I requested were.

Great prices however two out of the three books were damaged when they were delivered. The first one had a lot of sticky stuff on the pages so a handful of pages were ruined when trying to flip the pages but they were stuck together. The second book came with a ruined cover (had a bunch of slices on the front cover) looks like an exacto knife went through it a couple times.
