I've ordered from this site quite a bit now.
They're always adding new items and I've found quite a bit of graphic novels I've been looking for for a while.
Almost everything is in great condition too.
Think I've received two books where they were a little roughed up but they were also paperback.
I just wish they used better quality shipping boxes.
It's incredibly thin cardboard that tears easily.
I had received one shipment where the box was all but falling apart and it was a miracle all my items were still inside.
This last time I wasn't so lucky though.
I spent over $200 and all that showed up was the top of the box, the part with my shipping address.
If they fixed that one thing, getting stronger boxes, they'd be perfect.

Always love checking your site for the different books available and the Black Friday sale was a book lover's dream! The only thing I would be pleased to see changed would be some sort of protection or stuffing packed in with the books so they don't get damaged in transit. Almost all of them came in great condition though!

Generally pleased with Bookoutlet. However, there are occasional lapses in quality of service. For example, in my latest order:

One missing item. Plus, one defective item.

I have submitted a ticket regarding this matter.

Please stop sending out visibly damaged books. I have a book that literally had a cut line across the spine. Another with the cover completely bent in half. Shelf wear and tear is one thing but this is another.

A lot of great books although you won't find the wide selection of Amazon. It's more like visiting a brick and mortar store in terms of variety. A large one.
That said, the prices and shipping policy is amazing. Brand new books, some of them fairly new releases or truly new.
My only complaint is that their box didn't hold up to the post office and it was gaping open. Luckily everything intact and undamaged.

Always receive every item that I have purchased, with little to no damage on most books. However, every single order has been delivered with an OPEN box. Maybe change packaging? Overall I'm pleased with the items I have received other than some noticeable damage/torn covers and pages/and some strangely dirty books.

Prices and shipping speed can't be beat. The condition a few of the books came in were a little less than desirable. The covers have big black smudges all over them. I guess you get what you pay for. $5.99 for a recent released hardback is pretty hard to beat though.

I've ordered twice from Book Outlet and been thrilled every time! The books have all been in new condition with only a small mark on the edge of the pages. The value is incredible, especially when my kid reads through books so quickly.

If you're looking for cheap books, book outlet is excellent. I've placed 4 orders and all of my books have arrived in new condition. However, be warned that the shipping time is slower the molasses. Orders consistently take 4-5 days to ship, and the 10-14 days after that to be delivered. It does not help that the shipping tracker is almost always inaccurate or broken. If you can put up with the shipping, there are no better places to get new books at rock bottom prices.

Every time I receive a shipment from you the books have slid into each other and mangled the pages or the covers. It's annoying. One time event the front cover had the cardboard box flap tucked into the book. It's a hassle at this point to contact for an exchange because you never do them. It's fine if I have to wait beyond the 3-5 days most other places can get books to you but then to receive them like this is so disappointing. The prices keep me coming back but less so recently. Especially since no matter what special you are running we pay the same amount. If there's an especially good sale, prices are jacked up. If it's the basic save 15% prices are listed as lower.

Some of the books I've received have stickers on the covers from other retailers and I wish I knew if that would be the case before purchasing. In most cases, I'm able to remove the stickers but one of the hardback books on my last order had a weird sticker on the dust jacket that once removed, showed it was hiding a small tear in the cover. I understand this may just be par for the course for purchasing books at a discount, but just giving honest feedback as to how I feel about my purchases. The shipping time is also pretty slow, but the prices are can't be beat.

Great prices, wish there was a little more selection book wise but found plenty of interesting titles. Shipping took 8 days but overall not bad. One of my books came "warped" and bent from the way it was shipped but the other five were in great condition.

Shipping took 16+ days! That is way too slow.

I wish that I could have seen more than just the cover of each book. 3 of the books had great covers, but the inside pages were disappointing... not what I had expected, when compared to the cover. I will be giving them away or donating them to Goodwill.

Next time, I will check out the reviews on Amazon, before I make an order for a book with your company.

First time using Book Outlet and I think it's very much worth it! The shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting (about 2 weeks) but for the price I paid- about $17 for 3 books which were in perfect condition- I can't complain too much. I wish the selection of books were much higher but understand that it's an outlet, so you can't be too picky! Once I'm finished with this round of books I will absolutely come back to order more.

I wanted to give 5 stars for everything but for some reason 5th star isn't active. Books came in perfect shape. Price was so low and the books look fully new and unscathed. I will definitely buy my books on this site.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the books and packaging! Minor marks on the page edges are not a big deal to me. Order shipment and processing could improve, but overall experience was good. I'll be returning for more books.

Love this site! Just wish it was a little easier to narrow down the genres. The shipping was pretty quick, but some of my hard cover books came in a little warped. But overall, everything is great! Would buy from here again.

I found a great deal, had no issues with ordering, shipping or quality of items. I would have paid double elsewhere, so I'm very pleased with my purchase. Shipping didn't take any longer than anywhere else,and my items arrived in mint condition.

I stumbled upon this site and am so glad I did. It doesn't have the variety as some, but knowing their new books is such a plus. Some versions of very good, are not very good. I went to get a couple, got A ton of stuff got all ages. A
Lol came as described on time. Very very very pleased and will buy again The only thing they should make more clear is that these are unused books. I was trying desperately to find the conditions before I figured it out
