The books were so cheap compared to buying them in store. Some even had target stickers on them and looking up the price I paid less than 1/2 price! I do wish there was full collections- like I bought all the twilight saga except they didn't have the first one. But can't complain with the price!

Love the price and shipping speed. The only issue would be the books were just loose inside a bigger box, and they tumbled around like clothes in a dryer and ended up with one book's pages being stuck inside the other. It would've been nice to have some filler packing material in there to help keep that from happening.

Great Prices! Got my books in 10 days. When my order arrived one corner of the box had a big grease spot on it and it soaked through onto one of my books. Not pleased about that, but it's hard to know where that grease spot came from, before or during delivery? ‍
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Book Outlet, and have already recommended them to fellow book worms.

I have now purchased books twice from this site, which I stumbled across on the internet while searching for a specific book from an author I love. I normally purchase books retailers like Barnes n Noble or off Amazon. I was shocked to see the price difference! The savings are really quite eye opening. The book outlet is my first stop from now on. The books are shipped quickly and arrive nicely packaged with care. I highly recommend this site! ~

Great experience but packing was a tad sloppy. Books moved a lot and some covers got bent in the process. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm a repeat client, I like that I can find what I need at a very affordable price plus good shipping deal.

I give to book outlet for their great selection of books at discount prices but their shipping partner Wizmo is the worst. My 1st package came damaged and missed one item, it was a miracle the USPS was able to salvage some of the books.

My next 3 orders shipped via Wizmo have either arrived late or went missing. Book outlet have given me refunds and rewards toward my next purchase.

I would order more from book outlet if they used a reliable shipping partner.

Shipping box arrived later than expected and was crushed. Luckily books inside not damaged but a little packing peanuts or packing paper would have prevented shipping damage. Too cheap for peanuts on a $107.89 order…that's disappointing.

Book outlet has allowed me to fill my children's bookshelf with high quality books at a discounted price. I love searching the site for special finds. I've particularly been impressed with the activity books and picture books.

There is a great selection of product to choose from and the prices for the items cannot be beat. I presumed that the books would be used, but they were new and in fantastic condition. Shipping was not overly fast, but not slow either; I would definitely order more form this shop.

It's rather disappointing to place an order and then only receive part of it because items have gone out of stock. Also, the lack of any protective wrappings around the books causes them to arrive with bent corners and creases. Just some paper wrapped around the books would go a long way.

I had no problem with the ordering website and finding books I wanted and give them high marks. But your shipping service receives zero stars. Their site was useless to get info about order, keep saying error. Unfortunately the shipment was delivered on a rainy day and when I tried to pick up the box it fell apart, soaked and dirty. Books managed to survive. Get a new shipping service. Great book site with prices hard to beat.

Products and prices are great, as was shipping time.

Packaging was terrible. These are books and they were put in a box easily 2.5 times their size with zero packing material at all. Which means they were sliding around within the box the entire time through transit. Either a more suitable box or package type for the actual products ordered, and/or packing materials to ensure stability and condition of products is needed. There was great risk in receiving damaged products.

Great prices but, the packaging sometimes leaves something to be desired. This order arrived in a box larger than the books, so they all shifted around and a few of my paper backs were creased and damaged by the hardback books.

I just received my order, but it was one book short. I read on-line this could be because the book was no longer available due to inventory issues, which is ok. My issue is I didn't receive any communication telling me that my order would be "short."

Also, would be nice if you offered a faster shipping option other than USPS. I'm sure clients would be willing to pay more to get their order faster.

We have used Book Outlet for two orders now. Both times, the order has arrived promptly and in great condition. I came across Book Outlet while researching for an affordable source of children's books. Our first order was handled so well that we returned for a second order. We will return often. I have also tried to spread the word and let others know of this great resource.

You had a perfect website and then you ruined it! You used to be able to mark multiple categories at once to search (i. E. Fiction, Poetry, Philosophy, Political Science, etc.), but now you can only pick one of those categories. It was very helpful to have this so I don't have to wade through pages and pages of kids' books, bibles, and Amish romance novels to get to see what I want. I used to check the site every night, but then started to lose enthusiasm when you changed things.

I purchased 15 kids books. Mostly holiday board books with a few hard back classics like Charlie Brown Christmas. All books were on sale, the most expensive was $6. For all my books I only paid $45. They arrived in one week and all are in perfect condition!

One of the three packages I received was fairly heavily damaged and taped. It is unclear whether the taping occurred prior to shipping as the books were arranged in a way that did not allow the lid to fully close. Luckily, there was minimal damage to the contents.

They have great prices and pretty fast shipping at reasonable rates. My only problem is how they package the books to send them. The books are just put in the box and sent out - no bubble wrap or any packaging to keep them from banging into each other. My latest order had one book whose pages were bent back a little from having another books cover in them. Just wish they were a little more careful in packaging. But, great service and I'd buy from them again.
