The crossword puzzle book took longer than expected to arrive and the odd packaging was hard to open. I bought the book to give to a friend who is visually impaired, never imagining how tiny the print and crossword squares would be. I will find someone else who can use it because it's not worth the postage to return it.

The selection is good and changes daily. Shipping time was quick. I was disappointed on the packaging for shipping as both boxes arrived damage due to insufficient taping> One box was too large for the books, causing damage as the books slammed against one another during handling. Only other observation was that the Don Quixote was a mini sized text.

As of right now, I have a non favorable review. I only recieved part of my order. I contacted customer service 4+ days ago. Got a voice message stating you must email. No option to speak to anyone or leave a voice mail. I sent an email and recieved an automated message saying not to open another case or it will push my current case back...
These were holiday gifts.
Will update my opinion depending on resolution.

Great selection of books, amazing prices. Shipping was quick and the books came as described, only one instance of a book being bend or damaged. I have place numerous orders and every other one was pristine (except for the marking on the book ends which are as advertised!)

I have placed 3 orders and I have loved every single book. The prices are unbeatable and the shipping speed is incredible. The variety of titles is extensive and I'll never buy a full priced book again. I have such a hard time picking what books to buy because of all the great content! My nieces, nephews, and own children are always in love!

Made a purchase, book never arrived. Followed up, and I was told Its past 10 days from expected delivery date, and it was too late. So I was charged, but never got the book, and book outlet refused to follow up nor provide refund. Fradulent site. Be weary.

I really enjoy ordering for bookoutlet, they offer a good selection of books and a great price. However, if you are from Atlantic Canada or the Maritimes just note that they have started using Bonshaw Logistics delivery services. In the past month I have placed 3 orders, one package was lost in Moncton before delivery and the second package was delivered to an incorrect address and I have not received it. Unfortunately their use if this delivery service will hinder any future orders I wish into make.

So many people seem to be aware of how amazing these deals are that the things I want disappear so quickly. I'm glad I was able to snag the things I see. I just wish the shipping tracker updated from USPS so I know when to expect my deliveries! Returning customer for sure.

Great deal and fast shipping! Exactly what I was looking for! A coworker who is gluten intolerant received an air fryer for Christmas. I was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance as well and had already been using an air fryer. I can tell you my coworker could not maintain her excitement when I gave it to her. We're both looking forward to making these incredible recipes in our air fryers!

I prefer physical books but can't always afford them. The prices on your site are amazing and at first I thought they'd be too good to be true. The books arrived quickly. I will recommend you to my book club friends and I'll be back.

The books outer packaging was excellent.
But internally the books had clearly slid around, with one book held within a larger book. No damage, but still you might want to put a light paper sheet between each book to prevent them from "eating each other."

Generally I like buying from you. But for some reason you put no interior packing material in the boxes so some level damage is always found, and worse you r pickers don't use any thought and will ship damaged books from befroe any shipping.

I can't give a positive review as I have not received the entire order. I am very frustrated that I have only gotten partial delivery. I need the books in the next week. How do you plan to make this situation right?

The books I received were a good value. The only issue was, that after 6 days, FedEx could still not give me a date at which my order would be delivered to my home. The last leg of the delivery chain is apparently the USPS. I blame Fed Ex for the communiation gap, although I think they want no responsibility for it. I don't think I will order from book outlet again.

Everytime I order from this website I always get great looking books for what I paid for them I assumed they would look a little more beat up. I highly recommend this website to my friends for cheap books/kids books.

Excellent online buying experience. I found four books that are popular with book clubs and two were NY Times best selling authors. I also bought a NY Times crossword puzzle and a Memory book kit. Came within a week and in mint condition. This is a great option and fun.

The books are great except since they where in such a large box with nothing to stop them from sliding around and knocking against each other the covers were kind of dented and dinged up which is unfortunate because i had ordered them as a gift. I think putting the books in a smaller box or maybe adding some kind of filler in the box would be an improvement.

I love to online shop here. Great selection of books,craft things. The prices are great and the shipping is good price. Delivery of goods are always quick, I have never had a issue. Love this online shop.
