Well, my order was shipped in two boxes. One I received and love the product! Butttt the only one hasn't arrived yet. Apparently, it's ordered but hasn't moved since November 16th. Super disappointed as I was hoping my kiddo could have a holiday books during the holidays. Guess we're heading to the library

Wow what an incredible deal on the books I received. They were all in pristine condition and were very cheap. The shipping speed was fast as promised. I'm a new customer and will be ordering more books from Book Outlet in the future.
This site is easy to navigate and reasonably priced. The shipping took a week and I even ordered on a holiday. My only problem is the tracking. It says it was in my town but it wasn't, so I had to go to the usps website and put in the tracking number to know where it was exactly.
Always love checking your site for the different books available and the Black Friday sale was a book lover's dream! The only thing I would be pleased to see changed would be some sort of protection or stuffing packed in with the books so they don't get damaged in transit. Almost all of them came in great condition though!
Shipping takes entirely too long. Also there is NO protection for the books in the box. They're just tossed in. Add some bubble wrap or something. I always have at least one damaged book

I was shocked at the price and I still can't believe I was able to get books of my TBR. I only had one damaged book but it won't stop me from returning
My books were place in a box that was falling apart on the bottom, and ripped open at the top, and placed on my porch without a knock on the door.
Package showed up open and missing a book. The books were loose in an open-ended box.

The prices are great, but the shipping boxes are cheap and came partially opened, with no packing inside at all.

The website promised a discount if I provided an email address but the discount was never provided as stated.
The package was delivered in a cardboard box which got very wet unlike other vendors who package in a plastic bag. Fortunately the book survived.
The prices just can't be beat! I shopped the same stuff at other spots and even with the holiday deals going this was by far the best price around. The delivery app is suspect and the box the box came in looked like they had survived a horrific accident but the books were fine.
